    Service was horrible and the place is nasty dirty. I have never seen so much trash everywhere and the employees did nothing to fix it. I watch them just kick the trash under tables and equipment. The staff has no desire to do their job. Literally told us just to use the app. She would not bring us a menu, argued we had to order on the app and then told me we could only pay online that it takes manager approval to pay in house. Her job is server and she did not do anything to earn a tip. I love BWW but do not go to this one if the front of house is that dirty I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

    Very disappointed!!!! I wanted food but I waited about 40 minutes to get garbage. My fries were cold and stale. The chicken was discolored, rubbery and seemed freezer burnt. Although it was New Year's Eve, there was only one cashier assisting (DoorDash, to go and dine in) customers which contributed to the long wait. However, she was very pleasant and doing the best she could. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this garbage.

    This place is gross, I order throughout DoorDash and they sent my order incomplete, I ordered 2 different flavor of wings and they sent them plain with no sauce or seasoning, all dry and even the wings still had fried feathers. Ewww so nasty. I wasted $60.00 I don’t really recommend this location.

    Absolutely disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant we have been here numerous times and the last few times we have always had horrible customer service. This one definitely took the cherry on top with how DISGUSTING the wings were after we had asked for them to be extra crispy. Brought them out in less than 10 minutes and looked far from CRISPY. Manager came out said he could not throw them back in the fryer because they would get “BURNT”. We still paid our tab and were only able to eat a 2 wings out of 15 we Had ordered because of how disgusting they were not even close to fully cooked. Will not be returning here ever again.

    We go to BWW all the time in Oklahoma City but this one seemed so busy and open and not friendly. There was a long line and no one seemed to care so I went across the street to the Cajun restaurant and had a blast. See my review. Granted there was a game on.. it still seemed cold and crowded.

    I placed an order for pick up, ordered 10 piece wings with fries. (Obviously I probably should’ve checked before I left that my order was right, but was in a hurry to get home) they gave me 5 wings and my fries were pretty cold. I called them, they put me on hold and I waited 5 mins, and just hung up because it wasn’t worth waiting longer than that.

    Came here today for what I hoped to be a quick lunch. When we arrived there was a line to be seated. There were many open tables the staff ignored everyone waiting to be seated. Every few minutes the groups waiting would simply give up and leave. Three groups left in front of me. I was the head of the line after that. I waited for another 10minutes with the staff ignoring my existence. I mean at least acknowledge your patrons and tell them they will be seated at some point. There were families with people holding children that were simply ignored until they went away. Terrible service and management.

    Jordan is the GM here at Stapleton location who insulted me and my party! Served us COLD wings with feathers all over them! Insulted us by telling us that “chickens have feathers on them! She was rude and unprofessional and we tried to address the issue in a kind and professional way with her but instead of resolving the issue she told us to dine at another location! Her blatant disrespectful attitude will be corrected by Corporate. Pics below of sloppy, cold food with feathers! Check the low rating/ reviews for this location.

    I have always love this Buffalo Wild Wings location but Thursday night I didn’t have a good experience. At first our server was rushing us to order and he forgot part of our food and brought it like 30 minutes later and He left the receipt even tho he didn’t ask for it. He really wanted us to leave! Anyways We paid and he charged us like 5.60 dollars for everything and We told him that that was not right. So He corrected it and charged the correct amount on the credit card but now I have check my account. I haven’t got my 5.60 dollars back. I don’t think that’s okay.

    If I could give this place zero stars, I would! First off, outside of this establishment is what looks like a giant ash tray, the front door was covered in finger prints, and the handles were dirty. There was no host/hostess at the entry, so we had to wait (not a big deal). When we finally got our seat, the tables and chairs were dirty and had wet, sticky stuff on them. I asked for a high chair and they brought me one that had chewed up food in it, it was sticky and looked like spit up was dried on the side of it. The menus were sticky and covered in some film. I’ve never been to such a dirty, unclean place. There was no cleaning procedure whatsoever. When we got our food, everything seems okay, aside from the chips, they had the texture of very bland, and stale, like they have been sitting out all day. Two members of our party got food poisoning from this place, I’m convinced it’s because of the lack of sanitization. The waiter was nice though.

    i Made an order online. i got to the place on time and when i got there they didn't have my order ready and they were missing food and we had to wait 27 minutes. by the time i got to my hotel the food was very cold.

    Food came out cold after the manager asked me how my food was with no plate in front of me. I ordered a beer, after 10 minutes they bring me the wrong beer, when it was almost gone I asked for another one anticipating it taking just as long, the waitress said I can't order another until it's gone. It was the only drink on the table, at that point I told her that's fine and don't want another.

    I placed an order for pick up at this Buffalo Wild Wings location and had ordered 3 ranches with my order and when I got home had no ranches in my bag and did not have any ranch at home it is 9pm and I do not want to go out again for the night when I just did to pick up food and was not supposed to have to go out again and without ranch the wings are not even appetizing and I would rather not eat them when I just paid for them I called to ask if I could have my order re made tomorrow night with the ranches that I ordered and they told me repeatedly that I did not order ranch when I know I did I turn the number from a 1 to a 3 and got 1 basket of carrots and celery and I could not add anything else at the 4 sauce limit but they said no we don’t see any ranches so there is nothing we are going to do for you but if it was a system glitch then they are also still responsible for making the error right. This is why I have stopped coming to this location for over a year and only going to southlands or aurora because the staff nor the manager at this location have an concern for the customer being happy with their order and only offered for me to drive all the way back just for ranch and who would drive all the way back for the ranch that they did order without even any sort of compensation to come back not even a free 6 piece or anything just waste my gas again to fix their mistake myself. Very unnacceptable if you ask me and it is a supervisor making all decisions because the general manager is out for a whole week no wonder it all makes sense. I would not recommend this location just go to southlands if you want the actual Buffalo Wild Wings exceptional service they will make it right every time.

    To start off, I am usually never a complainer! I work in the service industry. I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings five times now. I always try to sit at the bar and come at different times. Everytime that I have arrived at the bar, it was dirty and also dirty dishes piled so much they cover the whole service well! This is even when it is slow. Every time that I have sat at the bar, not once has a bartender gave me silverware or napkins without me asking for them. Even when the bar is slow, I have waited for a drink because the bartender was either not behind the bar or stocking glasses and not paying attention to the customers. In this particular date I waited over 25 minutes for pretzel knots! I went to the restroom and of course the restroom was nasty and out of towels again. I spoke to the manager on duty and let him know about every experience that has happened. He said they have changed management and are trying to fix the problems. Not once did he ask to take care of the pretzel knots that took over 25 minutes! Therefore I will not be back to this location! It won’t be long and this place will be shut down! If I could have left no stars I would have!

    This place has decent food. The staff is great. My biggest issue is your food doesn't come out at the same time. Some people at your table are inevitably waiting and drooling while others are enjoying their food. Fries are great, wings are a bit dry. Always ask for extra sauce. Also seems like they have a lot od trouble there. Always some commotion going on.

    Literally no sauce. Only 1 thing of celery and 2 ranch’s for $50 worth of wings. Prices through the roof and quality and care are at an all time low. Disgusting in every sense of the word. Such a a shame.

    When I had my order delivered, I was very disappointed to find an item missing that was supposed to be someone's dinner, with only a note on the receipt saying "Sold out". I didn't get a call from the store. There was no opportunity for me to order something else. I find this very rude and terrible service. I wish I could say this was the only time I've had bad service with this location but this is my third. Twice now I've had a missing item upon delivery, and the time I was physically at the location my meal was never given to me. I'm very frustrated with this location. I'm done with Buffalo Wild Wings.

    Ordered online, food is still warm even though I did arrive 15 mins late for my pickup. Perhaps it wasn’t ready on time and just prepared, I don’t know. I don’t have any issue with that. I never mind waiting extra time as things comes up. I have zero issues with the staff, food itself, location, snow removal, or anything else like that. My low star rating is directed at whomever is in charge making these asinine penny pinching moves that seriously have left an awful aftertaste with this customer, and I’m hoping future people interested in dining or take out here come prepared after reading this review. My issue comes down to how many pennies are you truly saving buying the non-standard 2oz sauce containers and instead buying these 1.5oz sauce to-go containers? I know they typically cost more to purchase these smaller sizes as they are nonstandard in any industry, and I’d be happier just given a standard 2oz cup for my blue cheese not filled to the top. Instead, I was given the same quantity (8 sauces) I ordered in 1.5oz to go cups that were not even close to halfway. How is this acceptable? It even states on BWW website that it’s 210 calories for blue cheese which is roughly 2oz on average for all blue cheese nutrition across the board when you google “blue cheese nutrition” so I know I’m losing my mind here folks. This isn’t normal. Irritated y’all felt the need to go out of of your way to be stingy by not only buying smaller cups, but also not telling a soul and then not filling the dang cups! It’s definitely not a standard size choice as I’ve never encountered this at any other BBW location north of 70 (I haven’t tried all locations in CO), and I have never ever not even once gotten this size at any other place that offers sauce on the side. Just ruins the whole experience and it’s unfair to any customer that pays for extra sauce. A little warning would have been appreciated as it’s in the same parking lot as Walmart, where I can buy a whole dang bottle for the price these would have cost had they not been included in my wing selection. Thank goodness I didn’t ask for my sauce on the side for my wings. I’d be stuck with dry wings. Titled the containers so y’all can see how underfilled they are and snapped the back so you can read where it says 1.5oz. The only thing that should ever be standard is a 1.5oz shot of alcohol, of which, this is not! I’ll update my review post if I ever return and this false promise of a standard sauce size is corrected.

    My experience was very enjoyable! As soon as we walk in we were greeted with smiles and kindness from the staff. My server Sherlyn was so sweet and took great care of us! The food came out pretty quickly and was delicious. Love the Strawberry Lemonades!! You can definitely tell they are improving as a business. I will definitely be back again.

    The first time I came here I really did not like my service I received, I had three women act rude towards me, like they didn’t wanna be working, but this time around Gabriel was AWESOME!!! I loved him he was amazing and funny and very kind! I also loved the amount of times I heard Green Day while eating :)

    I picked up a mobile order tonight and there were many people on the lobby, some waiting for tables, others for takeout. The staff was rude and impatient and seemed extremely rushed, no surprise given that the lobby was full. I waited 10 minutes for my order, which was handed to me almost 15 minutes after my pickup time. Not only was my order cold, there were items missing. No one was actually working the takeout counter, the same employees trying to sit tables were also running between the kitchen and lobby as orders were coming out. This location is consistently embarrassingly bad. If you want hot, fresh wings and a correct order when you get home, just go to WingStop.

    Every time we try to give this location a chance it’s more disappointing every.single.time. So many things wrong with our visit today! 1. We were told the wait was approx 20 minutes for the bar and dining side. Which was fine. My husband and I tried to do our waiting at the bar but was told we couldn’t sit there because there was a wait. I have never been to a restaurant where the bar wasn’t open seating. We then get called and told we can sit at any open table at the bar area… no idea why we needed to wait when we ended up seating ourselves. BUT it was pick and choose as the lady before us wasn’t told she needed to wait and sat freely in the bar area. 2. The wings were tasty but our order was wrong. We didn’t get the wings we ordered and our appetizer never came out. We asked for it a couple times and finally we said forget it as we were already done. The server tried to make it right and give us the app to go but it was still the wrong order. 3. We were given dirty sticky plates. I asked the server who brought out our food for new plates which she gave me a couple new ones with the WORST attitude! I asked if she could take the dirty ones away and she just grabbed them and put them on the table next to us. And let the paper wrapping fly off and on the floor and just left it. As well why are there 4 hosts just waiting around while the floor is short staffed? They need to learn how to cross train and put their staff where it’s needed. All the hosts do is ignore theirs customers anyways. Overall very bad service. I understand there a staff shortage but that isn’t an excuse for bad customer service! I work in the food service industry and these kids nowadays need to be taught customer service. Never going back.

    So this bartender was the best bartender I have had in so so long. It was refreshing to have someone interesting with her customers and working so hard to make sure the whole staff was taken care of as well. I think her name was heather. I watched her pour two beers at once in order to get her drinks out quickly. She was very funny, very caring. I would come back just to have that experience again

    Ordered online for a pick up at 12pm waited 45 extra mins in the restaurant. Staff said there was one cook. Fine, i understand but 45 Mins? Lady at the front said waiting for the fries to be done. Ok cool. I get my food. I only work 5 mins away. My fries are cold and stale. Horrible and instead of the workers going to help the cook i saw them all standing around.

    Went to just hang and eat wings and watch the game. Wings were good, as expected. I went with very reasonable expectations. The dang QR ordering thing that I was constantly encouraged to use straight up didn’t work. It was super annoying the whole time. Thankfully, our server went above and beyond to remedy things as much as possible. Thanks, Caitlyn.

    This location recently brought on new management and has completely transformed the restaurant. The service, timing of food/drinks and overall quality is so much better than before. Give this location another shot if you haven’t been in recently. 10/10

    My order took over 30 minutes and the chicken tenders are tiny & over cooked, the wings are literally bigger than the tenders. All my sauces were thrown in the bottom of the bag underneath all the food and spilled. The bathroom also smells like sewage & the service is slow. After 30 minutes I asked for an update and I was told “we are waiting on the tenders” which again are over cooked, there are pieces of old fried chicken in my box with my tenders and they are dry and hard to chew. Do not go here, the service is bad, it stinks, it’s dirty and the food isn’t good.

    Had an great time at this restaurant tonight (01/04/23). The manager Josh and bartender Cory were absolutely wonderful. The food came out quick, service was great and the conversation was wonderful, definitely made me feel like I was family. Thank you for a great time! -Aren 😊

    This location is a joke. My wings took literally 45 min. I paid 2 extra bucks for flats that barely had seasoning and it was 9 so obviously someone ate one. I would go to any location before coming back to this one. And the service, Angela was great but she seemed a bit irritated ; I would be too if I’m the only person making drinks on a Friday night. Do better BWW. I wish I hadn’t given a tip but it’s not her fault this location sucks.

    The wings have been cooked as ordered; consistent and the wings are tasty! I get naked wings fried extra crispy, sauce on the side for dipping--simple and fulfilling. Price & staff: Reasonable prices; but staff could be a bit more focused on service. Other than that, I enjoy the massive sauce selection, and the ease and convenience of online ordering. Curbside: When it's dark outside, and your order is placed, they do not have curbside. I don't have a problem with it, I think they're protecting their staff. That's a good idea! Summary: Overall, I like Buffalo Wild Wings. The crunch of the wings are hypnotizing and keep me coming back for more. If anything changes, I'll keep you posted. Grade: I give them a B.
