    My friend recommended Fitness in the City during their 30 day quarantine challenge. I followed the live stream and fell in love with the workouts. I finally got a chance to do an in person class today and it was amazing. It was an intense cardio combo class and I highly recommend.

    Wow! I’ve been to many gyms over the years and this one is fantastic! I love the trainers, the classes, the facility! It’s super clean. They really care about their members. I also love the option to take 4 classes at the River (Five Points), with the monthly membership. The price is right! I have some back and shoulder pain, and they always modify when I need it. All the members are friendly too! An inclusive and supportive gym! Parking is never an issue. Thank you all!!

    Amazing community, the coaches are incredible, the workouts are always different, and I've noticed despite being super sore, the time goes by quicker than other workout classes probably due to the variety and good vibes. As a newbie to strength training, I've learned a ton and I'd say it's beginner friendly, although judging on the level of fitness and tenure of some of the members (some with 1000+ classes under their belt), its the kind of place the scales up to your level and gives a great workout time and time again. The music is curated, it's really good, and it makes all the difference!

    I love this gym! Great workouts, coaches and people. I have definitely gotten stronger over the past year. I love that I get 4 yoga drop ins as part of the membership, too.

    Great Gym, Excellent instructors. Music choices are my favorite! Stephan helps me alter the workout due to an injury. Neil make sure you are always doing the exercises correctly and plays the best music! Monica’s classes will work you to the bone and Janice keeps you in your toes through the whole workout!

    This place is awesome. I trained here for a month while visiting Denver and loved it. Great variety of workouts. ALL of the trainers were fantastic - super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Overall great vibe. Highly recommend. Will be back!

    I love this gym and have been going for years. The community is great and keeps me motivated! Love that it is a local small business and you feel that when you are there. All of the trainers do such a great job. Janice’s classes have such great energy. Neil really pushes me to improve on technique. I love Monica’s classes and Stephan has such great variety in movements and class formats. Highly recommend joining this gym!

    Fitness in the City is awesome! The classes are hard, creative and leave plenty of room for modifications when you need them. You get a great workout even at very different fitness levels! Definitely recommend!

    FITC is by far my favorite gym in Denver. The intensity of the workouts and attentiveness of the coaches make FITC worth every penny. Each coach provides excellent support throughout the workouts & are always there if you have any questions regarding the various movements. FITC strives in building a strong community with its customers which is an aspect I love. In addition, it’s partnerships with High Ride Cycle and River Yoga is yet another bonus. FITC monthly membership gets you 4 classes a month at each business! Overall, joining FITC was the best decision I have made in pursuit of my fitness goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone pursuing a healthier lifestyle!

    Love this fitness gym! As a new member, the trainers and members have been very welcoming and motivating, and I always leave feeling that I got a great workout! Their workouts have been just what I need to help me feel grounded and stronger in all of my other fitness activities.

    Classes at Fitness in the City are always different and I always end up sore for days in the best way. The people are warm and no one comes off as too intense or intimidating. Good vibes and a great workout all around.

    I have had a class with each instructor, and all are excellent at setting up workouts, though I particularly like Stefan! The workouts are easy to follow and the instructors are great at walking someone new like me through all movements if there are questions.

    The work outs are efficient and effective, and I love that you can modify it to either decrease or increase the level of challenge. The trainers are amazing and there to make you better!

    Such an awesome community with amazing trainers who take the time to make sure you have good form and will not get injured. Signed up for the 2 week intro offer and went for the monthly membership as soon as it expired. Stephen and Neil helped me out a lot, I love their classes. Can’t wait for my next class!

    FITC is a welcoming, fun gym. The coaches do a great job at providing customizations, especially for new folks. As someone who spent the last two years of the pandemic doing peloton in her basement, it’s wonderful to have IRL support and community!

    I just started going to FITC within the last month or so and can't say enough good things about it. The trainers and community are absolutely incredible. I was a little nervous going in for the first time since it had been a little over a year since I had joined a gym due to a previous knee injury. From day one everyone has made me feel so welcome and the trainers have really taken their time to work with me. I would recommend FITC to anyone who is looking to join a workout group that is challenging, fun, and never the same. Thank you FITC for helping me get back to my fitness goals!

    This gym is great! If you want results this is the place. The coaches are friendly, welcoming, and it feels like you have a personal trainer in your corner. The group setting has a great vibe, making it a fun workout. Good variety and challenging workouts every day.

    Love FITC! I started attending classes because of their partnership with High Ride Cycle and the River. People are really friendly, instructors remember your name, and directions are clear. I feel like a newbie with weight lifting (I’ve been focused on taking the Total Body classes) and the trainers have made sure to correct my form when I’ve needed it. I’ve taken classes with Stephan and Barbara so far and would definitely recommend both of them!

    Let me tell you I worked out my entire pregnancy with this family until the day I went into labor and I HAVE NEVER PEED MY PANTS ONCE! But in all honestly, I felt safe and knowledgeable about what I could and could not do while pregnant because of the trainers helping me along the 10 month way. Never did I feel pushed to do something I couldn’t, in fact, I think the reason I had an incredible labor was because they set my body up for success. Stefan and his team are professional, enthusiastic, play some real bangers, and you’ll definitely make a friend or three from the community here. The workouts are fun and challenging and you’ll get a good sweat each time. Trust me and just go!

    I had heard of FITC for years and finally decided to try it out. After doing some trials with other workout classes, I can say that FITC has been my favorite so far. It really feels like it's more focused on actual "fitness" compared to a lot of other classes than cram in as many different activities as possible. Love that stretching is built into the classes as well. On top of all this, it's just a very welcoming environment and great community!

    I'm glad that we have more people back and glad that we are all still able to social distance.I enjoy the workouts as they kick my butt each time and manage to be enjoyable.

    I was so sad that I had to leave my gym in Nashville when I moved to Denver. My hopes were to find a similar gym that fit all my needs: a gym that focused of both strength and endurance building, had a welcoming community, a consistent attendance of members, and was ultimately themselves. I tried out so many gyms in town to find the place that checked off all those boxes. Nowhere seemed to click like I wanted it to, until I tried FITC. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by whoever is coaching the class, along with many inviting members. The workouts are great in the fact that you can make it as challenging as you’d like based on what you are comfortable with. Each day is completely different, so you’ll never be bored from monotonous programming, but still feel the results so you know it is working. FITC is a must try!
