Maria was fantastic to work with! She really made it feel like the special occasion it was. I really appreciated being able to design the ring in real time, with a CAD model being created in front of us. It was great to receive 3D printed prototypes to get an idea of what the design looked like along the way. The whole process was very transparent. After taking a look at other jewelers, I would only recommend this one.

No words can truly describe just how beautiful this ring is. Any attempt would still be an understatement. WOW!!! The knowledge and expertise of both Maria and Donna are second to none. Everyone collaborated on this ring design and the end result exemplifies all of the effort put into the hard work to make our dreams come true! My fiancè and I have been searching for ideas to base her engagement/wedding ring setting. By the time we made it into Acredo we had a very good idea what we were looking for. We sat down with Maria and she input our ideas into her 3D software (very similar to solidworks software) and allowed us to visualize and design the ring along with her. This is the first jeweler that sat us down right away and designed it with us on the spot. What a perfect way to allow the customer to see exactly if they'll like it and be able to edit and design the ring even further right on the spot!!! This is the exact reason why we will be coming here and designing our rings with Acredo. We appreciate the time Maria took upfront with us to show us and allow us to design the ring with her. I spent an entire day wedding ring shopping at various jewelers and made one last stop at Acredo. I left Acredo regretting that it wasn't my first stop. I spent the entire day going from competitor to competitor, all of which only had a fraction of the selection that Maria directed me to. Maria meticulously went into as much detail as we desired. My experience at Acredo was fantastic. Donna is a great ring designer and was very patient with me. I think we spent almost 5 hours together coming up with the perfect ring design. And my fiance is absolutely in love with it; she can't stop looking at it. Also, I don't know if this is typical for ring designers, but they had no problem with me bringing in a sapphire that I had bought separately for that to be the center stone of the ring.

Amazing store! Very personalized customer service. Maria and Donna are very knowledgeable and professional. I'm very detailed oriented so Maria showed me different options to my taste and was very patient throughout the entire process of customizing my rings. They have a large inventory of diamonds to choose from and your jewelry won't be send to China for production like lots of corps brands. Definitely recommend!

We decided to work with Acredo because we wanted something unique. Typically, when I hear the words "custom jewelry" I run the other way because it suggests spending way too much money for something that is not that different from what I could find at a typical large jewelry store. Acredo, however, is different. The customer service they provide is on par with what you would receive at a 5-star luxury resort. The price point is truly, whatever you want it to be. We were able to create two custom wedding bands and stay under budget, something I did not think was possible. Maria and Donna are by far, what makes this store so authentic and wonderful. They listened to our stories, celebrated with us in our joy (and then sorrow of COVID cancelling our plans), and made the process of creating unique, custom wedding bands so fun that we cannot stop recommending it to all of our friends. The real marker of success is how much fun my husband had creating his band. Ring shopping was something he originally wanted to just do online, but when he realized that all the bands look the same, he decided to come to the store with me. He loved every minute of creating his own band and now it's something that is not just a piece of jewelry he "has" to wear, but another part of our story. Finally, my engagement ring is from a jewelry designer in NY and there is no matching band designed to fit my ring. "Diamond Donna", as they call her in the store, was able to create a unique custom band that fits perfectly with my ring, so much so that it looks like it was designed by the NY jewelry designer to match my ring! Thank you Maria and Acredo for bringing my fiancée’s dream ring to life! Patient, warm, and tailored, the design process was seamless and easy. My then girlfriend took her time pulling ideas from the huge collection of rings on site and Maria captured all of her preferences in 3-D models before ever requesting a penny. Maria handled every curveball with grace and patience and it was a truly phenomenal experience.
