Lannette, Jolene, and the Musselman team were a dream to work with! We brought in two family rings and we wanted to take the diamonds and turn them into a new engagement ring. Lannette showed us a lot of shank samples and we finally decided to create a custom one, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Everyone at the store was friendly and welcoming from the first minute we sat down, and Lannette was a frequent and clear communicator about next steps. Lannette has been great- got the ring resized for me the day after I proposed and dropped it off! Also had them replace a stone and touch up the vintage ring, which they did promptly and skillfully. A friend who collects antique jewelry recommended the Mussleman brothers to do some repair on my grandmother’s wedding ring (which is now my wedding ring). They do really good work for a reasonable price, and have creative ideas for how to solve problems with antique jewelry. I always enjoy my visits to their shop!

Ray mended my broken heart. I bought a beautiful early 1900's ring from abroad. After less than four months of owning it and barely ever wearing it the bezel around the center stone lifted. I was devastated. I came to Ray and he gave me the utmost confidence that he could repair the ring while staying true to the original, handcrafted design. When he called me today to tell me my ring was ready, I could feel his excitement through the phone. I felt, well if he is excited then I am over the moon!
