I was able to snag one of the Halloween tattoos with Kenna and I am so so happy with it. This shop is really nice inside, super clean, and everyone is extremely pleasant. Kenna is such a sweetheart, very light hand and skilled. I really enjoyed my appointment and talking to her. I definitely recommend it 🤍🤍🤍 I'd definitely come back

I had hoped to have the experience to bring a support dog to this appointment (s) and was told otherwise. As for tattoo retouches, I was told not covered after three years or at least mine were done by them in a span not covered. I feel satisfied with their work and don’t mind paying again, however I feel it’s a commotion about the dog. At first I asked about a service dog, and then changed the request to a support dog to which owner said they aren’t allowed per the health department. And god forbid the original artist has to do the retouches… it’s like applying for law school all over again except that I wasn’t waitlisted back then. That would make a great tattoo: my name on a revolving list.

Got my septum piercing redone today. Jakob was my piercer and he was awesome! Super friendly and talked to me through whole the process. He was very patient and worked his magic until we both were satisfied with the placement. Thanks for fixing me up and giving me my confidence back! Will definitely come back for more!

First time at Redhouse, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. I cannot say enough nice things about Jakob, who performed my nostril piercing. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Impeccably clean studio. Def will be back, highly recommend!

The tattoo artists care a lot about working with clients to create a work of art both are happy with. The prices are more than fair. Definitely the best tattoo place in WNY.

Darryl and Jakob were super friendly, kind, patient and very knowledgeable during my visit. The entire shop was clean and I felt comfortable. Jakob helped with selecting a perfect piece and placement for my helix. Jakob explained everything and answered all my questions. I will be back again hopefully soon!
