Guys. This ice cream shop. It is lovely. Delicious ice cream, a bazillion options, the friendliest staff. The portions were large, prices fair, and ice cream cold and sweet. What more could you ask for on a summer evening? I highly recommend this shop if you're in the Buffalo area!

What a great place to stop with kids for ice cream after school! Super easy to find on Transit Rd, with a lot of parking. They have a huge variety of flavors, friendly staff, and plenty of indoor seating. Price was the same as the other local dessert options. There is a section with kids coloring activities as well. You can tell the owners want a family friendly environment. We will definitely come back again for more treats.

The family inside was very nice, as its a family buisness. The ice cream was good and the ice cream parfaits were phenomenal . The variety's of ice cream were amazing and the atmosphere was nice. Definetley a 5 star would visit again

The employees that work there are super friendly and helpful. Stopped by to get an ice cream cake for a co workers birthday. The menu options were vast and has something on there for everyone. The portion sizes are generous. I got a specialty sundae and could not finish all of it. The prices are reasonable. They have a small indoor seating area as well as an upstairs. They also had a disney princess there you could take pictures with. It is a cute little ice cream shop.

BEST ice cream place in the Depew area! Huge variety of amazing ice cream dishes and many unique creations. Joe and crew are super fun and very accommodating. The place is really cute with old-fashioned decorations and outside seating as well. Also, great for ice cream cakes for special occasions! We always make this a spring/summer/fall "must" for desserts!

Came here for a birthday party. What a cute place! They have everything imaginable related to ice cream. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Kids loved it! Only issue is they only take credit cards on orders over $10.

This place has lots and lots of items and combinations, almost too many. The service my family received was good. The staff was polite. I really just wasn't impressed at all. It was just ok, nothing special. The place is also very small.

Extremely well run ice cream shoppe. Decor is done with children in mind. Owners Joe and Paula along with staff are very pleasant, people oriented. Many, many fun products to choose from. Product and serving utensils are beyond cautiously kept separate so as to avoid allergic reactions. Ice cream cakes available on a walk in basis or personally decorated. "Miss Paula" is a self trained artist..hands down the best around. PJ COOLS is open for your delight 7 days/week; 1-9; March 1-November.
