We just received our tuffspa today. At the time of purchase Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful assisting us with chosing the appropriate tub for us. delivery was clean quick and professional . Travis was very helpful the next day when I had more questions. I am very happy with our purchase.

We bought our hot tub in late spring. They had the best price on line and in person with the most features. Rob was great with us giving many options of style, color and price. The hot tub was delivered in the time frame we were given by 2 great delivery guys, Travis and Rob. We've sent many people to Aqua Living and will continue to do so.

Rob Cruz was our salesperson the Aqua Living store. Rob greeted us with his upbeat personality. He listened carefully to what our needs/wants were. Rob was knowledgeable with the hot tub we purchased. He explained about the tutorials that we can find on-line (which was very helpful). He is committed to his job. We did not feel pressured when we were looking to buy. Keep up the great job Rob!!!

Rob was awesome taking the time to direct me to the right hot tub for me. Lots of different models to choose from, very professional sales rep Rob from aqua living made this purchase EASY! Kids were driving me nuts for a hot tub lol we had one that broke a long time ago and decided it was time to buy a new one. We decided to go with a Catalina Hampton. Whole spa lights up with beautiful lights, even the jets light up. Great bluetooth and speakers, we stream right from our cell phones. Very conformable seating. total of 7 seats, but more like 6 seats. One of the seats make it easy to step in and out of the hot tub. Delivery went smooth, they took away the old one, no mess.

Rob Cruze, the area manager, was beyond knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He knew thus product was so incredible that it sold itself. I got a top of the line luxury spa loaded with features, including the most unbelievable cover that you have to see to believe. The best part? The tub I bought had so much more than the one I picked out at the other guys and was almost $5,000 less! There is no other place to buy a hot tub!

I bought a Dr Wellness G2 tranquility spa and it came in on time, looks great and was by far the best price for the size tub I was looking for. The delivery was professional and went very smooth with 3 delivery men. I went to several dealers in the area and Rob Cruz at the Depew store was the best salesman I worked with. He was not high pressure and answered all my questions and concerns! I called him several times and he was patient and professional in all our conversations. I have told several people about Rob and the Aqua Living store in Depew.
