Beware this man does not wipe down the machines at all.... He feels he is entitled because he pays for a membership like the rest of us. Sorry your wife and mommy aren't here to clean up after you... Learn to respect the gym, other patrons, and yourself buddy because you are the definition of Grimy! ☺

I’ve been a member for over two years. People of every age, size and shape go there so no one should feel uncomfortable. It’s a big space filled with the best of all workout worlds, meaning, plenty of machines and free weight based equipment. Very clean locker rooms and cubbies to store your stuff. The staff is very friendly, always willing to answer questions. Summary: an affordable, well kept, something for everybody, well run gym.

Love ..they have classes. My favorites. Are the classes !!! the gym .massage chairs.. showers. a big locker room. The workers are all nice Gretchen the personal trainer is amazing. She works me and makes me sweat!!! Seneca st location !!! 💜💜

Was a huge fan of this gym while Amy was in charge . Until recently Jen showed up and the whole mood and atmosphere of the gym changed for the worst. The way I feel treated by Jen and viewed is truly disgraceful. She’s not a reasonable person and can be very rude. Something needs to be done about Jen and the gym would be much better off without her. She treats the guests and workers very poorly. I no longer will be coming to this gym due to the way Jen runs it now. I am truly disappointed with Jen and I hope something is done.

Has everything I need in a convenient location. The staff are friendly and the place is immaculate. They have several tracks of workouts from cardio to heavy lifting.

Everything you need and more! My only complaint is that the music and base is too loud. I can hear the music and feel the base through my noise canceling ear buds. I think the employees turn the volume up for themselves. No one listens to the music gyms play anymore.

In my opinion catalyst is the best gym around. Has all the machines you need and more. Everyone at the front desk go above and beyond to help. Very out going and friendly. Great membership prices that fits everyone's needs.

Wish they didn't play "news" on the televisions...not into fear and hate while improving my health.

Gym layout is too chaotic. Value is good compared to some other gyms. Had to return to a former gym because the organization of machines drove me crazy. If the layout different, in comparison to Esporta Fitness, I'd stay.

Just the right size and great selection of machines. Priced right too. I've been a member for several years and love this location!

Very well run gym - always clean, staff is also nice and friendly making everyone feel welcome by greeting them when they come in and wishing them a good afternoon/evening when leaving anytime I’ve mentioned something like paper towel dispenser being out of towels staff always immediately addresses it

What a great gym with great people! We are visiting family (members) in Buffalo for the week and have worked out in two different locations. This Catalyst Express has everything you need or want at the gym and is very clean and well kept. We had a great workout!
