I only gave it a 2 because the breakfast was good. At check in they over booked and didn’t have our room available so they offered to upgrade us at an additional cost. I argued that I shouldn’t have to pay extra because they don’t have our room available, the night shift manager refused. We then paid extra for a “business suite” which had a bath tub shower and curtain that was dirty, the bed was dirty as well. The next day we got put into our original room and once again the bed was dirty along with the desk having leftover food on it and the shower having hair on the floor. If I could of left I would but we dealt with the 3 nights. In the end the normal shift manager took the additional price off as it was the hotels fault. That is the 2nd reason I give 2 starts instead of 1. Overall Jakarta has many options, I would look elsewhere before staying here!

Excellent stay! The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the digital TV worked perfectly. Complimentary food was a nice touch, and the outdoor pool was enjoyable. Only minimal drawbacks were noted. Overall, a great experience!

We like staying here whenever we are in town. Location is very strategic and despite the hotel located next to the road, you can barely hear the traffic sounds. Service is impeccable, (can't comment about the food because we didn't order any room service / breakfast), and we totally like the cleanliness of the facility.

I've been staying for almost 2 weeks,l and I must say the hotel front desk & restaurant staff are very friendly & helpful. However, can't say the same for Housekeeping. Must be reminded to top-up the toiletries like dental kits, soap, toilet paper and even shower gel. They also don't check the towels and on a number of occasions we were given stained towels. Stained towels are absolutely a no, no let alone a supposedly 4-star rated hotel.

Have such a high rating on Google but I think this hotel is terrible. Firstly, the sink in hotel room, the water does not go down. The sink looks quite dirty too. The room also has this weird (looks like blood) on the headboard. The breakfast is not good with only a few selection. Fruits are not of a good quality. One morning, the rice was undercooked. Their Swiss cafe food is also terrible : expensive and low quality. I ordered steak one day - medium rare and it comes out well done. The worst one is that when I check out, they claim that their potato chip is missing at the snacks counter. Of course, I didn’t eat it and I have no idea why it was missing. Probably one of the staff while making up my room ate it. The night before my check out, they deactivated the keycards thinking that we were supposed to check out that day but they were wrong. We were shocked to find out that the room cannot open when we came back at night. Then it was their mistake the concierge said. And then when I entered the room, my luggage was moved. My wardrobe was open (I have clothes inside) and everything was shifted around. Probably during that time, their staff ate that stupid potato chips. The good thing is that they did believe me and don’t charge me for potato chips but still unhappy that they wrongly accused me and made the stay terrible. They should train their staff better. The only good thing is that their hotel is cheap but doesn’t feel like 4-star. 3-star at most.

I book the room for three nights, and this is my first day. The service was not okay, the receptionists are unfriendly. The AC in the room is not working well, even though the engineers already took care of it. Sorry, poor service.

I am staying at this hotel and I am a member. The hotel is generally good except for few management policies, which makes me unsatisfied; 1. They give 1 litre water and if you need beyond this, they charge. This generally doesn’t happen in good hotels. 2. It is a common practice to order food from outside here. The hotel doesn’t provide any plate or cutlery for free. They charge very high for it. In fact I was asked to pay IDR 200,000, that too for one plastic bowl and plastic cutlery (plastic has no restriction). First of all it is a nominal thing to be charged and sounds very unprofessional for foreigner like me who stays for longer duration. The management of this hotel should take a note of these minor things to become a guest friendly brand.

After confirming with our check-in staff member that dinner was included, she then attempted to charge us an extra $300,000.00 for each of our four children. We had to explain that the website stated "children eat free." After another prolonged discussion, it was confirmed that we did not have to pay for all of our children to attend the dinner. However, we did have to pay $390,000.00 for my 12-year-old to attend the dinner, which we were happy to do. The overall ordeal of dealing with such a rude staff member negatively impacted my stay. - At the breakfast buffet, the check-in staff lady tried to charge me $100,000.00 per child for my two youngest children, both under 3 years old. I had to point out that the hotel's official website states that children under 3 eat for free at the breakfast buffet. I find it highly offensive that hotel staff try to find ways to charge guests extra for services that are inclusive. - In the hotel room, the dental kit and other amenities were empty. I opened the dental kit to find it empty. - Noticed mold in the bathroom. - Found a dirty/stained sofa in the room. I paid $3,270,415.00 for a one-night stay in a 2-bedroom suite. Based on the negative interactions with staff, I would NOT recommend staying here. The lack of customer care and the rudeness of the food and beverage booking hosts are definitely not worth the hassle. A word of warning: if you are a foreigner, make sure to double-check the hotel website for all inclusions and stand your ground when staff try to intimidate you into paying extra.

The room is big enough for a family of 3 or 4. But i still see some dirt spot or un-clean sheet on the bed. The breakfast is delicious with so many options. The stafss are very friendly and helpful

Such a pleasant stay with my lil family, the room was good, the breakfast was variative . I requested the anniversary arrangement with no expectation, but the staff prepared it nicely for me .. everything was totally great, the FO staff mr. Faris was very nice helpful and evelyn from FnB was very nice and helpful . Will surely coming back again soon

The room was clean, but the aircon remote not working and the microwave button broken. They replace those directly when we complain. The surprising thing was, family room with 2 bed room only provides 2 pax for breakfast, while for the kids will be charged 100K start from age 1 to 12 years.

Feel welcome and comfortable during my stay here. The room itself is very nice and cozy and it felt like i am not in the city at all. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The coffee was one of the best I've had, not because of the taste but because the hospitality from ms. Evelyn served me the coffee when she sees me wandering looking for one. But there's one thing, in my view, the amenities are lacking. I highly recommend this hotel to couples and people with families. Will definitely come back.

Swimming pool was awesome and kids friendly. The pool staff was responsive. The breakfast was large range of various menu, and it was tasty. It seems that they having a serious problem in hotel management, just becouse they actually not really a hotel insted of a service apartment. Check in was took a very long time, they said that our rooms was not ready yet, at 4 PM, hours after check out time of previous guest. Moreover, we have to call the room service just because the room amenity not complete right after we entered to the room.

I stayed at Swiss-Bel Pondok Indah for two nights since I had something to deal with in the area. I was quite disappointed by several things: 1.When I arrived they wanted to give me a smoking room, which is unbelievable since I requested a non-smoking room. It's been years since I've heard anything about a "smoking" room. I would never imagine wanting to stay in a room where people usually smoke as a non-smoker. Since I was getting quite annoyed, they understood they had to do something so I was upgraded. This was a good reaction but the incident should not have happened in the first place. 2.They force you to leave a deposit, even if you don't want to consume anything or say you will pay directly if you order anything. I've never had a hotel force me to make a deposit before. There is always a solution. 3.The night before I left, they placed a note under my door saying checkout must absolutely be made before 12pm since the hotel will be crowded the next day. I've never seen that kind of note. Seems so old school and ridiculous. 4.When I checked out, they took so long just to check the room. I just left saying I was not waiting. I visit so many hotels and it's been a long time since they've asked me to wait standing for them to check. Everything is usually instant now. The hotel also needs renovation especially of the shower but that's still ok I guess. But the service and the process needs to be completely reviewed. It's not at all adapted to 2023.

Amazing hospitality, the room was a bit old but well maintained. The room was clean, comfy bed, comfy pillows, perfect for a good night sleep. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Wide variety of choice, nice coffee, and once again amazing hospitality from the staffs. Staffs were 5 star!

The hotel location is near the pondok Indah mall which provides alot of food and shopping. The family room comes with living room which is good for hanging out if you have friends in Jakarta.

this is my first time stayed in Swiss Bell Pondok Indah. This is a nice hotel, the location is very near with MRT Lebak Bulus station, the officers is very helpfull, meeting rooms in 9th floor have open space with interesting views: city forest, mrt, busy toll road, etc. Meanwhile, please improve the variety of food in the restaurant and wifi connection stability in rooms (little different with the connection in the meeting rooms it is quite good). Overall this hotel is awesome. Might stay here again in the future.

Not recomended at all. Cannot even borrow a bowl even to the room. Force to order food if want to chill by the pool but look at the food?? Then bringing our own food to eat by the pool also cannot.

I ordered and paid for queen size bed, but when I arrived, the reception told me that the room was NOT available. Me and my partner were very disappointed as we had to sleep with twin size bed that BEING MADE UP as queen size bed. Disappointing experience. The room itself was clean and cozy enough but overall not worth it.

The room is spacious. There's mini fridge, safety box, & mini bar (you have to pay extra charge for these) in the room. Unfortunately due to late check in I got a smoking room, so i could smell cigarettes but gladly not too much. The gym room is a bit small but the equipments are enough for you to have cardio and weight lifting exercises. The pool is quite big and since i stayed in the weekend, the pool is full with kids. Overall, the hotel is family friendly and affordable with such facilities.

Everything is charged! Need a plate or bowl? It will be charged to your bill, and they will give u PLASTIC utensils.. Even spoon and fork.. they will not lend it to the guest, and you will need to buy it from them.. and all PLASTICS!! Ice cubes is also charged!! I thought a 4 stars hotel will provide it complimentary for the guest..

Iftar dinner in swissbell is delicious, they have a lot of menu choices, from east food till local food, they also have so many takjil and sweet desserts, I really enjoy and comfortable during iftar in there, and also I met Dymar, she is so cheerful and helpful, my standing apriciate to dymar.

Five star for this well deserved hotel. Very well maintained, clean and convenience place to have a staycation with families. Huge rooms with 2 spacious separate bathrooms. In this pandemic situation, I appreciate every little effort that this place made to ensure we have a hygienic place to stay. Kudos!

Chose this hotel because I'm always a fan of Swiss-bel group, unfortunately my stay here was quite disappointing. The room is quite small and cramped, and the exhaust fan for the smoking room was so weak the smoke was hard to dissipate. The worse was on Saturday morning, the hotel staffs do aerobics in the parking lot which was under the bedroom, with loud music and shouting that startled me awake. Felt it was very inconsiderate to the hotel guests, because you can never know how each of the guest schedule & resting needs are, so it was very annoying.

Good hotel with good location - stayed with family in the 2 bedroom family suit. Parking was not easy, need to find some spot but helped by the officer. I found the rules that the kids cannot bring any drinks to the swimming pool as something uncommon as we paid for the hotel room anyway (and normal rate for its standard), yet they still find revenues by making the food and drinks to be purchased from the cafe. Maybe big fan of Loren Allred, Never Enough.

The rooms are acceptable, room service was slow but the quality of food is quite good. We were charged 200.000 for some small stain on the bed which we're not even sure we made since it was red and we weren't wearing or drinking anything red, so if you stay here take pictures of the bedsheets before you leave.

Quick check in process. Seems to be very popular for staycations on weekends. Location-wise, it's great. Walking distance to Poins Square and Lebak Bulus MRT (which takes you to the centre of the city), and right in front of the hotel there's a transjakarta bus shelter (only 1 stop to pondok indah mall or lebak bulus). It's also a short walk to ruko plaza pondok indah (plenty of restaurants), and the surrounding residential area is nice for a morning jog or afternoon walk. Finding a taxi or grab/gojek is also easy. My favourite part of the hotel is the pool. The big one is shaded by trees, while the separate kids pool is of excellent size and depth for kids around 2-5 years. Overall, recommended for family staycations!

A nice hotel near Pd. Indah area with spacious room (larger than average hotel rooms in Jakarta area). Check in was smooth, staff friendliness was great, room cleanliness was good enough. Some small details of room equipment might not in the best condition (e.g. small minor leak on the faucet, bathroom exhaust sound a bit loud due to some loose small part) as it used to be due to wear and tear. But overall, satisfied with my stay there and definitely will consider another stay whenever i need to go to south jakarta area next time.

Hotel is old and badly maintained. Aircon is leaking and not cold. Serveral technician came to resolve but issue still exist. Customer service is great tho and staff are friendly. Breakfast is expensive. 200 000Rp for adults with limited choice. Kids 1 to 12 years old is also charged at 100 000 Rp :'(

The rooms are clean and good. The amenities are the standard kind you'd find at any Swiss-Belhotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is a bit lackluster, it's not necessarily bad but it wouldn't make you want to come simply to eat.

Great service as soon as we walked in, with an informative check in and we were asked if we needed help with our bags. Room very clean and bed extra comfortable, had the best night's sleep ever. The food in the restaurant is good, breakfast is also good with lots of choices for breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and very polite. A lovely hotel that made our weekend enjoyable.
