Very comfortable stays and I've been here many times. Pool and gym are on the smaller side. Rooms are generally clean. The water runs very hot so be sure to turn it a bit towards cold. Staff is decent, but different vibe than their other location. The rooftop feels a bit cramped. Their suite is nice and simple.

Worst Marriott bonvoy experience i have ever stayed in. The room is not really clean. At day 2 i stayed. I click the “clean my room” Button at 5.30 am and leave the room for more than 12 hours. When I got back the room didn’t even got cleaned!! Imagined you just work outside for 12 hours try to back to your room and you got the messy room. Worst experience. I’ll tell my colleagues not to stay at this hotel

I have to give full stars for this hotel. Fully appreciate all the warm hospitality as well the more than superb service by the staffs rendered. Stayed many more higher priced hotels than this but none of them beat this. The management should appreciate and reward their staffs . All of them serve with pride and passion. Very pleasant stay seriously Will I come back? Absolutely yes

Comfortable and great service. Warung right outside the hotel and lots of eating options along the main street. Rooftop bar and splash pool. Gym with threadmills and weights. Good for the mid-day refresher. Breakfast is sumptuous with lots of western and traditional local offerings. But if you're thinking of heading to touristy attractions, this is a bit out of the way. Here because it's nearer to my appointments in South Jakarta. Grab can easily bring you to places you want to go, but be prepared to be stuck in traffic.

Clean room and large view, all staff are nice, especially April in front desk, all staff looks younger😄 I dont know why I wrote this😂. Morning breakfast are good. I think central AC to noisy n lighthing in the room need effort for sleep setting. Over all want to stay here again, I think give child playground should be great.

We had an absolutely amazing time here to kick off our honeymoon. The staff was wonderful, the food was fantastic, and we were really blown away by the kind and personal service. April at the front desk handmade a 3D card and a bouquet of roses out of paper for my husband and I to celebrate our honeymoon, everybody at the restaurant greeted us by name, and we enjoyed the live entertainment at the rooftop bar, as well. Such a special start to our vacation, and this stay was the best part of our time in Jakarta!

Room is modern and sleek, has all the essentials it needs, with very friendly staff and excellent service. Definitely serves much better food than the one in Wahid Hasyim. Nice tv too - fav thing to do is to Bluetooth my music onto it so I could do my work happily. The only downside is that South always has a bad traffic, so prepare to leave earlier if you have appointments. But it’s relatively easy to hire a taxi here, there’s always a few bluebird drivers waiting outside.

Got private room for 5 people. Nice place to dine in and chat with friends. Waiters are very helpful. Good ambience. Food are delicious

My favorite hotel. Only 1 new girl at front desk speaking attitude rude. Other staff are fantastic. Parking lot smells like toilet. Before it was ok. Hope they remove the smell. Price normally good and room condition the best in Jakarta among marriot properties.

An ideal location for business. The interior of this four-star hotel is industrial-modern. For lodging of this caliber, the meal was exceptional tasty. Good location.. nice room.. so so service.. Security ok.. parking luas on B2. B1 maybe for VIP only. Lift from basement need to add parfume cos the smell of grey water is so intense. Front desk is ok. Breakfast equal to idr 156k was so..plain.. nothing special. Not the menu not the coffee.. room service ok Laundry acceptable even they will only sent it over 24hrs.. Small pools on the rooftop. Swimable? No.. have the coffee bar beside the narrow pool. The Hyundai lift maybe need service.. not smooth and not feel save inside

Great hotel. The room is clean. I love the coworking space at the hotel lobby. The staff in the breakfast area are super friendly. But the lighting in the lift is lil bit dark.

The room is fine, strategic location near with cibisnine business park & pasar minggu area. Breakfast is great with variety western/asian cuisine. Love their fresh juice shot, taste always great. This is my 2nd time staying here. Rooftop area has great view but the swimming pool need more upgrade i think.

A favourite place for me during business trips, booked using Marriott BonVoy to get extra options and flexible cancellation policy. Decent location, comfy and quiet minimalist room. Good breakfast selections, very friendly and helpful staff.

Good place to stay on the southern part of Jakarta. A nice view of Freeway also a nice building and design. Room wise very neat and good size with functional facilities. Breakfast are good with a nice service of staff. A great stay for staycation indeed.

All the things are good, but too bad not so many commercial transportation, and the traffic was bad. The MRT not so closed, for my suggestion, maybe can have a transit transportation to nearest commercial transportation

Have stayed here 2 times and love the experiences...the staffs are super nice and helpful... Two times i was here was with my 2 kids ..and they love it here also... Eventhough the pool is quite small and deep but they love swimming there... The staff also provide floatie for them... Will i come back? For sure...its a great hotel for staycation... The room especially...love the bed❤️

Was staying there for one night, loved the rooftop bar and their vegan and vegetarian menu choices, very rare to see 4star hotel with a wide range of vegan/vegetarian menu.. Amazing service by the staff at the restaurant and management especially the lovely Marketing lady, Keisya, who were really helpful and offer me a brief hotel tour when I was around. Thank you. I will definitely coming back one day.

Such a great and wonderful stay. The concierge and staffs here are so warm and friendly. And the food are delicious. And you get a city view from your room. The deluxe king room is so spacious so if you bring your kids, they will definitely have room to play in. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back next time. Really recommend this hotel.

Southside Rooftop bar damn awesome place to spend time for chill, hang out, dine in and killing time when it's traffic! And I had a blast nite with my girls. Great food, drinks and hospitality by Aldi the bartender. Thanks Aloft! 😘🙏❤💃

Held my sister changing vow ceremonial during covid-19 pandemic its a wonderful and peaceful venue. Obligate to follow covid protocols strictly but the ceremonial still serene. It safe, clean and comfortable venue, the staffs are kind-hearted, affordable price. The food very tasty and delightful, Thank you Aloft South Jakarta ❤

The Aloft hotel just recently open, their style is modern minimalism. The room is clean and quite spacious including the bathroom. They have the rain shower. Love it!! The breakfast is good too although the menu not many choices. I enjoyed my weekend staycation here. Oh, their staff is very helpful and full initiative to make sure I had comfortable experience. I did 💖💖💖💖💖

Good things are Clean, spacious room. Nice Staff's. Not tired lunch, but breakfast is good and have a quite number of options to choose from. Things that I didn't like - The swimming pool. It is very small The night light at room could have little better

Clean rooms, very attentive service and strategically good location. As a business traveler or a tourist you have good access to south Jakarta, central Jakarta and Depok. In the close surrounding you find several food options. As a guest I feel welcome and keep the hotel in mind for my next trips

Great location & design For a modern-city light theme hotel, they keep everything in place. It's clean enough, but the ground floor directory is kinda confusing Other than that, please put a caution sign on the parking lot since the turn is really sharp

Modern rooms with a clean look, gotta praise the hot water consistency. Services are slow at times especially for room service. Location is great because just beside the hotel is Ampera Street where you can find Indomaret and street food at night. Gotta revise my review based on what recently happened. The room was cleaned the day before, after cleaned there is no clean towels, no tea, and no bottled water. Been calling since the night (3x) until morning before breakfast finally the towels arrived. Go down for breakfast only to find that it's full 🙄 because there are people from tours or something. Man, what a let down for Marriott Bonvoy! Appreciate the staff who are trying to fix things, hopefully my experience can improve this hotel in the future.

Gonna be holding a wedding in less than 3 weeks here so we went here multiple times for ballroom surveys & tech meets. When we first went here around February/March, the hotel was not as packed as now (considering PPKM level) and the lobby area in front of the ballroom has strong AC, comfortable seatings, and clean layout. Around mid June I went here for the last tech meet, and I got to note that the waiting space in front of the ballroom was rather hot. It's actually quite weird since there wasn't any crowd at that time (the AC was quite non-functioning). I also noted that both of the washrooms in front of the ballroom and Fraya restaurant was humid and smelled quite pungent from the toilet (also from the non-existent/non-working exhaust/AC) and no additional room/toilet fragrances around. Please send my suggestions to the management & the cleaning services to fix this, as I hope I will have guests enjoying not only the overall wedding ceremony held at Aloft but also the ballroom's spacious waiting room and washrooms that smell good & not humid. Comfortable place to sleep. 3 elevators are quite confusing as they keep bypassing the floor I'm in eventhough the destination is the same floor/direction, so it took longer time. On my first day, the fire alarm rang for a second in the meeting room (19th floor). My colleagues were panic and confused but there were no staff to tell us what happened.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with lots of culinary choices to choose near the hotel. Reception is smooth, place is clean, bed is comfortable, food is great. If I reviewed it based only on those things I would give it 5 out of 5 stars. However, I do have some complaints. First, the gym, when I arrive there is a leakage from heavy rain the day before so the gym is closed for repair, regretful especially because one of the reason I chose this hotel is because the gym. Second, the pool, I know there is nothing they can do about it but honestly the pool is waaay too small, 2 to 3 adults maybe fine but in my stay there was at least 6 adults including me take a dip and it gets sooo crowded we can barely move, soo sadly I have to cancel my swimming session, fortunately the next time I visit the pool it's empty so I enjoyed it very much. Third and last, I hope they listen to this so there can be changes, the chair in the room is totally uncomfortable, like okay it may be aesthetically pleasing for photos but for actual use especially when you working you get uncomfortable really fast, at least in my case, and just for that I'm sorry I have to take away 1 star.
