Good hotel for staying with Family because we can cook the food our self cause there are cooking tools.

We stayed here from 26 Dec to 2 Jan, 1 bed room type. The room is clean. They don't have restaurant so you can only order food for breakfast, but you can cook in your room. They have a small kitchen in my room. They also have a washing room so you can clean your own clothes. The staff are very friendly and nice. I would love to stay in this hotel again next time.

A gem in the middle of semi urban kampung area. Quiet, nice neighborhood, and inside the House, you cannot help but feel impressed by the luxury and comfort that the place has for you. The rooms are like apartment units good for 3 pax, or 4 family members. They serve food in your room, so you don't have to go to resto. The rate is quite attractive.

Rooms were clean, but the handles on the bedroom doors kept coming off. Location was nestled in a clean residential neighborhood. Not too far from PIM. Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They spoke multiple languages well including English, Mandarin, and Arabic. They have an indoor playground, pool, and free laundry

Stayed here in December 2023. Booked the 1-Bedroom Executive Suite without a high expectation, but was pleasantly surprised with the room. The location is a bit hidden, but still close to the big street and most of the time it's less than 5 minutes ride away to Pondok Indah Mall. The room was spacious with well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Definitely will be in my shortlist for next stays around the location. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The room that i stayed was spacious and clean, complete with a cozy kitchen ( complete with everything that you may need such as cutleries, plates and ladles) and living room. There is also a laundry room on the top floor, free for guests to use. They do not have a restaurant so you need to choose your breakfast of choice the night before and the staff will bring your breakfast straight to your room at the agreed time the next day. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite, and the pondok indah mall is just around the corner. A really good place for staycation and long stay.

I stayed during new year eve. Room size is spacious, with complete amenities and kitchen equipments. I stayed in the room with city view, but sadly it's blocked by neighbor's big tree, so we could hardly see anything. My problem during my stay was the stove and microwave both were very hard to operate, some buttons were not working. Overall ambience was nice, but you will always hear echo from kids swimming at the indoor pool deck. Also it would be better if they provide water dispenser, it's a serviced apartment, people will expect water dispenser instead of 2 minerals

The room is fine, but the wifi connection is bad...no connection in the evening. However, the service is good especially the security.

Good interior but abit far from the mall. Might as well stay at the further away place if you can’t walk the distance.

A nice cozy service apartment in South Jakarta. Near Pondok Indah area. Calm and secure. Great for staycation. Gym, swimming pool, WiFi available.

I stayed in Dwijaya House for a week last year in August, for work. I never found I place so cozy and relaxing. Rooms 5stars, great service, conventions for breakfast nice and use of the kitchen in the room... Surprising! Thanks a lot!!!

a perfect place for staycation. we had the most pleasant time stay here. love the ambiance, very homey. love the facilities in our room, which very complete from the kitchen utilities to bathroom amenities. we can cook our meal or go/grab food since the location is near malls and supermarket. breakfast is delivered to our room due to covid. the hotel facilities are nice, there is gym, sauna and swimming pool. we took one bedroom apartment for 2 nights but we extend since our room is very comfortable and pampered by the very helpful and friendly staffs.
