A nice place for weddings and other related functions. Has a decent amount of parking place. They have good people on the panel for decor and food. A combination of open lawns and an enclosed hall is an added advantage.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It's beautiful and the rooms are nice and spacious. There are special train themed rooms which give a rustic feel to the place. It's definitely a comfortable stay. Breakfast near the pool is a real delight. Loved the food as well, especially chicken tikka, chicken sandwiches and mutton rogan gosh. The hotel holds true it's name as the gardens are lush green (find them in the pictures below). However, a major cause of concern here is the service and the staff does not really take up the responsibility willing. Twenty four seven food service is available here which is very much expected of a five star, but the downside is even when confirmed beforehand on phone, only very limited food was available on reaching the hotel. After multiple calls finally we were given what we had asked for. I could easily say that the hotel is built beautifully and the food is superb, but for the quality of service we got we simply cancelled our initial plan to extend the stay to one more day. Highlight was definitely the food and the breakfast buffet near the pool. So while deciding take your pick, if you are not much bothered about room service then the hotel is more than ideal.

Good place you like it very much. Good service provided here. Good place for children's couple and for family. You feel very luxurious and best. If you ate looking for a best place for relax you can stay here. You never forgot this journey. I can't refuse it. You also like this place guys.

They are biggest cheaters out there in the market. Dont go by their brand name. I had planned my daughter’s first bday at their pool side location and paid bloody huge amount for the decor of the venue. However, on the day of event i was told that the decor guy ran away and the decor they had promised could not be done. They guy who was managing the event from Tivoli’s side also ran away and stopped taking my calls. They drained water from the pool on my venue date when they knew that I have a poolside party. Completely lack of cordinatiom within the management. Sales guy blames the eveny guy and vicee versa. Dj kept stopping the music between the party and ran away at 11:30pm without informing anyone. Their waiters spoilt the cake. There was no one from the management to oversee. On top of all, my return gifts were stolen. I had a horrible experience with these guys and i would not recommend anyone to rely on their brand name. My party was completely messed up by these guys and I didnt get the refund as well. Horrible and a very unprofessional management!!!!

The farm house is one of the best in the area with good service and facilities. It has almost every facility which a functions needs. Just little expensive if compare with other venues nearby

We had a wedding there. The service was very bad . So was the food. Staff was unbothered and the manager who was controlling the property was also very mean .

It's an okay resort according to low budget but not very good. Service is late and washroom of the rooms were not working properly. The party hall is good for a gathering of around 200 people.

Poorest services ever. We checked in today evening around 7:30 pm. None attended the phone either at restaurant , housekeeping or reception. Had to wait 10 to 15 min everytime to contact with them. After the order for dinner was placed … person named “ Sandeep” from the restaurant came to serve the dinner. He was asked to convey to house keeping services to provide the ‘ all out”as the room was full of mosquitoes. He instead in a rude, arrogant and derogatory manner said that it’s not his job. It was not just his refusal that was demeaning as much as it was his demeanour, body language ( keeping his arms akimbo ) tone n everything about that man that was unbecoming of a hotel service staff. And while leaving the room he smashed the door n went out . I would request the concerned higher authorities to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. It was a very bitter n terrible experience. Doesn’t deserve even a single star. 👎🏻

Check in with staff over calls to check the availability. Tivoli offers open dining, pool side dining and indoor dining with musical orchestra but you should always confirm before visiting the place. Food is delightful little costly but the Ambience is worthy of everything .

This place is suitable for small number of people to chill like in farm house, swimming pool here is something for refreshments single room is not available is disadvantage, services is also not praiseworthy another disadvantage and you need to order 4 to 5 hrs prior to your eating timing.

Staff here is really good . And food is execellent . I definitely recommend it but its too costly but still a very nice experience and no bad memories

A popular place in delhi to host events such as weddings, birthdays, engagements and corporate events. It is located in Chattarpur enclave south Delhi. It consists of a huge campus sprawling over several acres. There are several big sizes several rooms and an outdoor pool. Though, its charges are quite high, its worth to host the event here as they provide wonderful services.
