Oh dear…it’s always been hit and miss with this place but today’s visit marks the last here. I ordered my standard Fillet Ricebox, which was basically leaves. There was barely any rice, no salad dressing, no side of BBQ beans…it was honestly the worst KFC I’ve ever had. The store didn’t have mash either, and some of the staff had a very sour attitude. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Went to the drive tru about 10ish waited a while (slightly more than I expected) food was absolutely awful 😖 worst buger and chips I've as far back as I can remember. Chicken was dry, and a large portion of chips were tiny, which in fact turned out to be a good thing as they tasted just 🤢. Overpriced and over rated ...Never again 🤦‍♂️

Fresh, hot food. Quick and amazing service. Jag and Anastasiya served efficiently. Jag looked after us nicely and made sure everything was up to the mark. Definitely coming back again.

Standard KFC Store. There is nothing special here. Some works are going on at the parking space currently, so parking may get limited when busy. But I had no issues parking. A lovely young black girl was particularly very helpful. She came to the till to help us make cost-effective meal choices. Got us to fill out surveys with extra perks for the kids.

Just ordered of ubereats rang to make sure I get some napkins as I’m at work in my truck ! To be told they don’t do condiments for ubereats so I’m expected to eat a 4 piece grease fest meal with no serviettes or napkins ! Will be the last time I order a KFC if that’s there attitude 👎

So I always get sweet chilli sauce with my kids meals, like for at least 5 years and this time she says you have to buy sweet chilli sauce, when. I pointed out I always got it free before, she replies well my manager is right there, he’ll back me up!!!! What, how about have that conversation with me, I tried again and she got very upset saying speak with my manager - didn’t bother me with manager, felt like blind leading the blind there

Nice to see some good changes. Jag is absolutely amazing and her customer services are top notch. Good they are serving at table now for those who dine in . Never been like this before. Keep it up

Very bad experience this evening. Dont usually order from here but had to as the other kfc was closed. Served by an Irish girl called niamh, and customer service was very poor. I was made to go round drive thru again as I was told I couldn't place a second order at the counter due to another car being behind me. This is ridiculous and have never experienced this at any other drive thru. Service was really slow and it wasn't even busy. It made me realise the reason for not ordering at this particular kfc.

I’m absolutely positive that half the chicken is outsourced to local butchers.. Don’t trust this KFC restaurant! The flavour is so not like other restaurants. KFC need to send their quality control guys here and sit it down! Service is also beyond terrible! Dine here at your peril.

Great. It's great. It may be some let down but it's good. The wings well it just drips off the bone and the zinger don't get me started those are what the Landau's call nice in their dictionary "LENG" here this KFC is on a different level. And things aren't pricey when you're already knowing what to order. The fries are decent I missed the second version. The third edition fries aren't anywhere near finger licking good. Everythings good. Just the inside of the shop needs a shadow fight 2 upgrade

Food was nice and hot. Staff rude not helpful. Place was messy tables with rubbish left. Asked staff to clear tables only to be told we busy so cant. Went to toilet to find someone had a poo on the floor. Never going here again. Avoid big time.
