Purchased (950) engagement ring Wednesday to give to my fiancee Saturday was informed by staff that if was to large we could return for exchange unfortunately ring was to large and wanted to down size, Returned ring 2 days later and was told the ring was damaged and would not exchange, I tried to explain that the ring was returned into the box sunday and it's was impossible for us to have Damaged the ring unless it was damaged when we purchased.. Manager very rude and obnoxious and very unhelpful, very poor service and I'm guess very poor quality product.. AVOID..

Exchange policy was not clear. buyer beware. You do not get cash refund. You can only exchange the jewellery within the store it was bought or get a credit voucher valid for 6 months. Staff not friendly and seem to push you to hurry to buy. Will not recommend.

Friendly service. Slightly cramped store especially as it was busy due to the time of year. Covid secure serving areas. Plenty of choice with good prices. Extra charge for packaging.

Terrible experience. I bought a necklace for my partner and her sister already bought her the same one. I went back to return the one I had bought and apparently they don't do refunds. Will never shop here again.

Really helpful when deciding on a gift for my daughter's 21st. Told us we can buy the pendant and chain separate if we didn't like the chain.

Lovely staff, but can't recommend the gift wrapping had to dispose of the bags, crumpled and ribbons tatty, box's OK thankfully but the whole wrapping cost £7.

Great value for money. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Store is spotless and clean. They have a large choice of jewellery for ladys, men and children of all ages. My daughter wanted a signet ring and the staff were very patient with her when she was using the ring sizer.
