Well what can I say service at this place has dropped, I went in to ask about seeing the manager. I was asked to wait. Next thing I know a customer Service person came up to me, and asked what I was after, I tried to explain it to her and she didn't know what I was talking about, not very good service at all You would think they would know what they are doing, as they are dealing with high end luxury brands.

An outstanding experience! The staff are so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. They met all of my needs effortlessly and so discreetly. I was made to feel valued every step of the process and nothing was too much trouble for them. They will certainly meet your expectations and probably exceed them.

I recently purchased an engagement ring online that needed re-sizing, but unfortunately due the diamonds on the shoulders it couldn't be done. However, one of the store colleagues, Emily, helped us secure a matching ring fit from a different store, and alerted us as soon as the matching replacement arrived. Their service was very helpful and friendly, and my fiancee loves the ring.

Goldsmiths is my go to jewellers in Derby. The staff always approach you and want to engage. Shame they appear to have lost the Tudor range. The manager is long standing, whilst at University 15years ago, she was leading the store before they entered Derbion. Even as a late teen early 20s, always received professional service.
