A great Starbucks found in the Derby Market Place right off of Rock Road. Always well staffed with dependable service. Great drinks from the baristas and their professionalism are what make this coffee and drink spot superior than the ones north on Rock Road like Dunkin and Dutch. The dining area and patio are fairly sized and the parking lot is a pain during peak hours but that is every Starbucks ever. Definitely a spot I can recommend when in the area.

Coffee was not good, especially for the price. Trying to park or drive thru was crazy.

I always hit the Derby Starbucks for a quick caffeine fix. Not only does their app have nutrition information and a tremendously easy way to modify existing items, it's easy to use! However, the open time was incorrect and I ordered 30 minutes before they opened...anything! I pulled up to the window to see what was going on and the lady kindly explained to me that it's incorrect and hasn't been changed but as soon as 5:30 hits she'll be able to get my drinks to me ASAP. She let me sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes and handed me my drinks promptly at 5:30. It's hard to be nice to anyone at 5 am, especially if they're watching you open a store but she was great and didn't laugh at me!

I got the Peppermint Mocha drink, and it was pretty nasty. I prefer sweet and Subtle, but if you little chocolate bitter flavor this is for you. I love other drinks from Starbucks including refreshers, but the Peppermint Mocha didn't hot the same. The service is great and so are other drinks so 5 stars.

The staff in the Drive-Thru are always friendly so you never have to worry about getting your order mixed up and using a gift certificate is such a breeze

Don't order online on a sunday unless you got patience, which is what they thank you for having as you watch the order tray fill up.

Great service and not too much of a wait, always a good experience...

We ordered four drinks during a Saturday morning rush. Our first three drinks came out quickly, but the pumpkin cream cold brew took 40 minutes. Every time I asked for the status on my drink, they said that they were “backed up,” which was understandable, but I watched as everyone got their drink before mine and left. Not coming back sadly.

I went to Starbucks to get a drink today. I usually go and there is no problem, but today it was ridiculous. First off I went in and I got my order taken which was fine the guy was very sweet and polite and I got my order taken and paid for in a timely manner. Howe ever I had to wait for one small pink drink for almost thirty minutes. They acted like they had no clue what they were doing, and they just talked about everything non work related. Other customers were getting aggravated as well, one man walked in to get his order taken and after he waited for at least ten minutes he just walked out without ordering, because nobody acknowledged him. I’ve never had such a poor experience here, the next time I want a Starbucks drink I’ll just take my money elsewhere. Very disappointed..

I ordered my drink on Nov. 30 around 4:30 p.m. it should be half off for YAY DAY. It wasn’t, but I didn’t realize it until after I left. I called 10 times and nobody answered. That’s ridiculous.
