Very impressed with value for money. Friendly receptionist, a clean, good sized room with ensuite and decent shower. Kettle and tea/coffee sachets provided with milk, sugar etc. Can request more if needed. Set back from an A road, lots of parking space, and right next door to a Toby Carvery - big bonus for breakfast if you like to have one. Supermarket next door too and easy access to all main routes. One point worth noting . . .entrance not that obvious - looks more like a side door!!

A bit jaded with a need for new carpets and smelt musty. HOWEVER- Bed comfortable and clean. Ideal for families with a local park at the rear. Very quiet in park facing rooms. Lots of shops including Aldi Iceland etc and a safe area to walkabout. We would definitely stop again.

The Mattress and duet were very dirty. The room was dusty. The carpet was filled with rubbish under the bed.

Attended a WAKO competition at Harvey Hadden Sports Village, so I had about a 20-minute drive from the hotel. Hotel clean and tidy, no unexpected smells, toilet rolls were a bit sparse tho, plenty of places to eat within the vicinity. Parking ok too. 👍

Stayed mon-fri. Monday night and Tuesday night were very noisy, which spoilt the stay. Rest of the week was ok. Room had a damp smell and my colleague's room smelled of cigarettes. Not the best stay

Lots of options for food in the area, 4 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Rooms were clean, and cosy. Staff were friendly polite and very helpful. Large amount of parking spaces.

This hotel is not suitable if you need a mobility scooter or you are a cpap use as the socket is across the room from the bed and had to borrow a extension lead to use cpap at night

Great location with all kinds of food available locally from chips to a Toby carvery. Room was clean, service was good, one of the better travelodge hotels I have stayed in

This hotel is in need of repair and modernisation! The carpets need replacing throughout. Skirtingboards are thick with dust. Shower curtains was torn. Bathroom has shower only. Situated next to a Toby carvery Large free car park.

Room was clean although carpets look damaged throughout the building, not a problem tho. Friendly polite staff, lots of shops and garage close by. 😃

Very friendly staff, nice rooms. Pub next door which also does breakfast. Only downside is the car park can get busy, but I have always found a parking space. Very little noise from the car park at night.

Its a Travelodge. Good rooms and good value if you book well in advance. There was an issue with the rooms (I wanted a twin) but it was resolved easily. Noise from a diesel van outside the window when the driver started the engine at midnight and left it running for more than 10 minutes. Good Toby carvery adjoining.

Good hotel with wonderful friendly staff. I left some computer equipment behind me in the hotel room. When I realised I rang the hotel and Donna made sure it was looked after until I was passing the hotel again. Fantastic service.

Rooms okay. Beds comfy. Basic accomodation at a basic price. Showers were fantastic.

The room was ok ! Could do with new carpet But a lack of plug sockets and the socket for the kettle was behind the TV which to me I found a bit unnerving the remote control for the TV didn't work properly. It was quite noisy a storage cupboard next to the room doors banging all night . Would like to say that the lady on reception was really nice Manda really accommodating and helpful.

A great little find. I stayed a single weekend night, and from my arrival to departure everything was just right. I received a very warm welcome and was given directions to my room. The room was very clean, and the hot shower very welcome. As my room was at the rear of the hotel it was also very quiet. I found the bed very comfortable, and the room was warm. A great night's sleep!

Rooms are a bit shabby and need a good clean. They smell of smoke and the carpets need cleaning or removing. Only one key per room which is frustrating and the noise from the pub next door gets a bit too much at times.

Absolutely awful, I checked out at 4am after no sleep whatsoever because of people being extremely loud, several people in a room next door that's meant for 2 people(having a party I think!), staff arguing with them to leave but they wouldn't. On hold for 40 minutes at 20p/min (0871 number) to get refund today and had to argue for that!
