Customer service was great, staff were lovely but food through drive through was atrocious. Hubby's Burger dripping fat and was in base of cardboard carton. I had an overload of peppercorn sauce , looked like burger had been thrown together. Chips were nice, the only thing we enjoyed. Creme egg flurry had sauce dripping downside of carton that dripped over my hubbys trousers. The bin in the car park was past being full. Customers had to put their rubbish bags on the floor. Didn't look like the bin had been emptied during the day. Worst Macdonald's we've been to ever...

This was my food. And was not to happy about it. And it went right in the bin as I don’t like people man handling my food. And they would have had to do that as they tried putting it together before the cheese

Felt like an eternity waiting for my order. When it eventually arrived, it was disappointing as the fries portions were not in line with my order. They were regular when I ordered large. Poor value for money and not worth the wait. I recall them doing the same thing a couple of years ago so still no improvement after two years. Such a shame

V average as is becoming the norm with these places. Ordered food and paid only to be told at collection point items not available. Seriously a joke. Had to be a better way. Feel Sorry for the staff having to work there l

Overall its a good McDonald's. Occasionally they do get the order wrong. They could do with sweeping the floor more inside, that's not to say it doesn't feel clean. It's just little things that make it loose the the extra star. I think no matter where you go there's always a little extra that can be done. The food is good and if you say something is wrong they are very quick to replace for you.

The food is good. The place is nice. They are slow, got the food wrong and forgot my partner's burger. They left the chip alarm on the entire time we were there. I complained and the lady with glasses just looked at me. Then the alarm went off again. I go here when I'm desperate for something late at night if I have not got chance to cook. Seriously poor service though.

Every time I have visited this McDonald's and used the drive-through they have never got my order right normally it's a meal that's missing or chips women's recommend using this one I think they need either better staff that check orders before food goes out normally we don't notice until we get home and have a look in the bag by that time it's too far to go all the way back to complain and when I have phoned up all I got was will keep the receipt and next time let us know 9 out of 10 times they don't give you the receipt

Had a bad experience here with the food. The staff were polite and tried to rectify the issue, but it was still not quite right. I do frequent many different McDonald's so this isn't a reflection on McDonald's as a whole, which is usually consistent om their delivery. This is a one time experience, I will visit again soon and update if the food has improved and this was a one-off occasion

It is what it is. You know what you're getting with McDonald's. This restaurant managed not to mess up my order, so for that reason alone it's a 5 star rating.

Literally nowhere for diners to walk safely from their car to the restaurant - how nobody has been run over yet is beyond me?! The printed sheets/receipts from the touch screen order points had stopped working. The guy who served us was friendly and eager to help but had a very poor grasp of English so it took several attempts to get the correct dips etc (I had to go behind the counter and physically point at the one I wanted) If they'd just put what we'd asked for in the takeaway bag in the first place we could've avoided all that.

I was served by a very friendly and helpful young man who helped me with, what I incorrectly thought, was a mix up with my Mc Flurry's. He should be an Ambassador for customer service at McDonald's. Sadly I neglected to make of note of his name.

Don’t usually have many Mac Donald’s but we called in whilst with my husband whilst he was working in the area, ordered a Big Mac for myself with extra lettuce, onions and gherkins it came out perfect, I loved it Thank you such a clean restaurant too and lovely staff

I once ordered a big mac one late evening around 11pm and the meaty part was dry and slightly burnt . It was awful. I only realized it when I got home. Unfortunately. I didn't take a photo for evidence.

Absolutely shocking. Food order has been wrong 4 times been seen by 5 different managers with no outcome or change. Only thing was a sorry and a refund each time no change in service, clearly not learning from mistakes or just don't care. Worst restaurant I've ever been too.

Appuliling thought it would be something so quick and simple, but obviously not! How is it hard to take a order and get it wrong not the 1st 2nd 3rd or 4th time everytime we go! Would of thought, we would see a improvement! The staff are disgusting! How the come across the situation thought I'd ask for manager for staff to walk off and say I'm not dealing with it! there is no manager in! I had 2 children in the back of the car hungry and crying as they wanted food, there was also bad wait time for food! For then to get the order wrong so we wanted a refund! And got one. My Husband had to step in and go in for me as they refused to deal with me! Also if anyone is disabled I really wouldn't recommend this as how I got spoken to was atrocious! For then the manager came out to my husband and said sorry for the issues you've had. Customer Service is key! We will be contacting the Head office as its been getting alot worse.

Excellent service from Jake, he was very proactive, and attentive and even asked if the burger he gave me, as I had to return because it was cold, was ok, 5 🌟 wish more people were like this.

🧼 probably the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been in, wasn’t busy but service was still slow. Prices seem to have increased quite significantly for a breakfast 🥞 joys of the cost of living! Worth a stop, you get 90mins parking 🅿️ and there’s a good sized car park. Added bonus 🥛 milkshake machine was on and working!
