Poor management style destroying relationships with clients and put this place under valuation chart, because off illogically low hygiene standards, illogical people traffic management, maintenance and facilities exploitation failure. Shame!

Excellent place especially for children and young families who stay in the holiday chalets. Very clean and tidy. Nice family bar for eating out with the children. Also nice restaurant for dinner.

Love the building feels like a chalet in the alps. Clean new workout equipment.

Tired, always dirty floors & showers, needs a deep clean and freshen up. Apart from that a great leisure centre (gym, pool, spa).

Nice pool for a quick splash around with the family. Lockers need a pound. There are free hairdryers & one of the spinny things to dry stuff in. Nice warm showers for when you come out.

Ive been going to the gym on and off for over 6 years and always found the staff welcoming and very polite.I think they manage to retain staff well as you can recognise staff having been there for some years, good sign of a happy team? Occasionally there have been are minor faults such as the sauna door needing attention but this has been repaired quickly.

Nice spa, not great for a family but lovely if your on your own or with your partner.

When l flooded my car down the road after the storm this business helped me out. They offered me hot drinks,somewhere to dry my clothes and as there was no phone signal in the area they let me use their phones to make calls to recover the car, friend's,ect ect. I was not a paying guest or member but the lodge should not do enough to help me in my time of need,to all the staff that day l thank you all and you all are a credit to your company and and helping out someone broken down in the middle of nowhere on a day l would love to forget. Thank you all.

Lovely pool and facilities, have taken our baby here a few times, he loves it! Just wish there was more than one room with a changing table.

Friendly staff and good value. The sauna is nice and hot. The spa area is clean. The changing room area is OK and there are plenty of changing rooms and lockers and showers. ( you need a £1 coin for the lockers and take a towel too). The changing room floors are always wet and lots of surface water ( as you'd expect ), there are some mops to use although I never saw any staff using them as they walked through the area , I did use them a couple of times when my Mum was going from spa to changing room. We used the pool and sauna , steam room and jacuzzi 3 days and I never felt restricted in the pool. I always managed to get my lengths in ( reading other posts about the pool didn't expect to have as much room as I did .)

Just returned from holiday we were very pleased with how clean it was and very good and friendly staff

Been here a few times now, nice & clean inside the swimming area, not a massive pool but big enough, separate area for swimming lengths & separate area for swimming , families , kids & they have select time where the kids can play with balls, floats, noodle's etc which are provided by the staff , there is also a separate viewing area just by the pool, changing rooms are good & also nice, clean with hair dryers & lockers, there is also a sauna / steam room & a massage room available
