    The best commercial gathering in my opinion so far in Derry, a large and diverse number of commercial markets and well-known brands with the availability of large spaces for cars. I think that everyone frequents there a lot

    Great selection of shops but traffic is a nightmare, always has been, and McDonald's take up half of the lower car park for the queue for the drive in. Go in the evening early in the week. Not a Saturday or Sunday unless your patience is good.

    Brilliant choice of shops, large home base with an excellent garden section. Plenty of places to shop, parking good. Lots of places to eat. Disabled bays available. Quiet a busy shopping area.

    When to m&s love m&s. The car park is designed badly and had a couple of close shaves with other cars and pedestrians.

    Bit of a pain when McDonalds drive thru is busy, as the queue takes up a big chunk of the carpark. Pretty good range of retail park shops.

    Very good shops. Night mare to get out of due to McDonald's traffic. Traffic thankfully being directed, however long queues. Ridiculous there being only one entrance and exit. Poor planning

    Had the misfortune of a run in with 1 of the CLOWNS who is charge of the area. He took offense to the highway code being explained to him then became abusive in front of 2 kids.

    Great selection of shops, but traffic can be terrible, especially at busy times, it can take longer than 30 minutes to get out of the car park. Been a problem for years and has still not been resolved.

    Good range of shops and eateries. Plenty of parking. Sometimes the site can be quite difficult to enter or leave, due to the large volume of traffic at peak times. Still difficult to get into the car park, due mainly to McDonald's not managing the drive through customs correctly.
