Absolutely disgusted with the service. I went through the drive through at lunch ordered a half Caesar salad. I paid cash and they did not include a receipt in the bag. After arriving home I saw that my order was missing ingredients. Also the small dressing container was half empty, they didn’t even fill it. I paid almost $8 for a small container of lettuce. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager but was left on hold for over 20 minutes and no one ever picked up.

Great place to have a good conversation with friends. Ample comfortable seating, great food choices, pleasant environment. Indoor seating is open during covid. Outdoor seating available. Be prepared to pay premium pricing.

A salad the size of my hand was just $10.

I have been here a couple times, both having been negative experiences. The first time was a few months ago, my son got the kids meal with yogurt side. We both had Mac and cheese, no other difference besides the yogurt, and he got food poisoning from the yogurt. Didn't go back for a while, but we went back today, through the drive thru, and they completely forgot my son's food. We aren't able to go back and get it, and I don't even have a receipt for my order. I'll have to look before pulling away next time, but it's frustrating for them to not make sure they're handing out the correct order either. Maybe we'll be back, third time's a charm?

I asked this kid working if the order on the counter was mine and he ignored me. I then call out to him and he looks at me, doesn't look at the order, and proceeds to tell me “I dont know”. The only thing saving this panera from a complete one star on service is the fact that my casher was nice and didnt seem like she dreaded working like everyone else. I dropped like $35 here and to get treated like my money doesn't matter is honestly pathetic. I’ll be back again strictly to see if service actually gets better but I honestly doubt it with their current staff and its sad.😮‍💨

I don’t normally come to this location and I won’t be back. I came in to grab a drink and was a little hungry so I ordered a cinnamon roll. They have these giant cinnamon rolls with thick frosting in the bakery case, but what they gave me was half the size and hard on the outside as if it was from 2 days ago. Absolutely disgusting.

The food and service here are great. I'm giving this place a low rating because the managers here absolutely berate their staff. I have been here a few times a week over the last few weeks and there's always some manager yelling at people and being very aggresive. I feel so bad for the employees here. If the district manager sees this, please do better for these employees and get better management. No one deserves a working environment like this. As a customer I don't even want to spend time here with all the yelling and agression. Latest occurence of this behavior was 11/7 around 8:10pm.

Tablet ordering easy. Curbside pickup and Wifi available. Indoor and outdoor dining. Friendly service though my order was incorrect. They quickly corrected. Clean inside and out. You can order ahead online or phone. I had an egg 🥚 and cheese 🧀 on ciabatta 🍞 and a light roast coffee. Both were good. I will return and I recommend this Panera.

Got my wisdom teeth (all 4) removed day before staff was super nice and I asked if they could make the chicken for my soup supersoft so I didn't have to chew and she went and asked. Prices were a little high but amazing food would recommend if you can't chew.

I got a BLT and it was absolutely disgusting. There was hardly any lettuce and what was there was wilted and gross. The bacon was burnt. Stuck on these 2 mini sandwiches more bread than anything. I paid $15 and could hardly eat half of it it was that gross. I won't be back.

Excellent place to eat for a quick lunch. Food is delicious and hot. Friendly staff and a clean restaurant.

Not bad, a bit pricy for salads but they are usually descent. I wish the butter was not almost frozen, I put butter on my bagels but it's hard to spread when it's that cold.

I ordered a broccoli soup and salad. The soup was very watery and they gave me the wrong salad. I would have brought it back but I’m 15 miles away. Very disappointed in this and won’t go back to the Derry NH one again.
