My 3 y/o son became a little frightened by his first visit to the dentist and the team at Haas was beyond caring and patient and got him to feel at ease! Ellie, the emotional support puppy, was absolutely incredible! The entire staff was amazing and lovely and I am so happy that my sons first experience was so pleasant! It sets him up for a lifetime of positive association for the dentist!

My kiddo had to have some dental work done, they were so patient and understanding with him. They were so gentle he didn't even know they gave him novacane! And the comfort dogs in house were a treat. Highly recommended and forever grateful for such a great team!

I’m not the type to do google reviews but I felt like I needed to for this encounter with Haas Dental. Talk about amazing! 10/10 experience from start to finish. My daughter was very timid at first but once she saw the play area when we walked in her eyes lit right up. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the receptionist and she made it quick and easy. April was the hygienist cleaning her teeth and explained the process the whole way. She let her pick her favorite show to watch (yes they have TV on the ceilings) while getting her teeth cleaned. She chose her own tooth paste flavor and fluoride. She didn’t quite enjoy the bubblegum flavor but once April realized she changed it immediately. She talked her through the each instrument they were using and what. it’s used for. Dr. Julia then came in and was extremely down to earth and made my daughter feel comfortable. You ladies rock! I could write a whole book about this experience. I’m very grateful for all of you at Haas, keep up the great work!!

Sometimes the receptionists can be impatient with me due to my hearing. Aside from that our experiences have been great! My daughter (9) is hard of hearing and severe adhd and has anxiety. Yesterday we needed to bring her in for a broken molar to be pulled. Unfortunately they couldn't "put her under" but did use laughing gas I guess. And it went great. They did need a 2nd assistant to come hold her legs as well, but the pull went quick and with minimal trouble. The 1st assistant and the dentist himself were great with her, chatting and making her laugh and giggle to make things go smoother. I highly recommend Hass Dental in Derry especially for children with special needs or anxiety! As for the picture,you can see a little smile, as she's talking about whatever is on the TV with the assistant. Great job making her comfortable (and myself being mama bear lol)

My daughter was going to a different dental office previously, which was her first dental experience and she absolutely hated it to the point that she was afraid to go in for cleanings. She wouldn't even open her mouth. So I decided to look for a new dentist and found Haas dental. And OMG! SUCH A DAY AND NIGHT DIFFENENCE!!! My daughter's first experience with this office was a filing and they were so gentle and patient with her and ever since she looks forward to going! She absolutely loves this office and has had such a wonderful experience with all the employees she's met!

They are amazing. My son is 3.5 and had his first visit to the dentist with them. He struggles with sensory issues and we worked hard to prepare him for his first visit. The front office is very kid friendly, the staff members are kind, and the hygienist and dentist were both amazing with him. I highly recommend!

Both of my girls have been seeing the upstairs pediatric office for over 10 years. Dr. Kramer is the Orthodontist downstairs who’s completed an amazing job on my older daughter’s smile, and currently working on my younger ones. I don’t remember once of doubting them. I trust and recommend this office!

Absolutely amazing! The BEST play area I’ve ever seen in a medical office. Everything was very youth oriented. my 5 year old son loved it, and he usually hates going to the dentist. This was a brand new experience. Thank you! 10/10
