I've been coming here for about a month now several times a week. Today was the most disappointing day of all. On top of the younger people with no personality , Everybody looks like they hate working there. It's not a very enjoyable place to be in but the food's good. I just ordered sausage eggs Sunny side up breakfast with no home fries and I get no toast and a home fries. I really do like the food but I'll no longer go there due to the employees that work there. Oh and by the way don't throw The condiments and and all the stuff they touch with their hands on top of the actual food it's kind of gross.

So good and great prices! I got a french toast bagel with raisin walnut cream cheese and a large hot coffee and a water for eight bucks. I will absolutely be back!

I don’t care how great your food is or how fast you get it out or how long you’ve been in business if you have horrible customer service I will never return. I went here to get bagels for my kids because they asked specifically for the bagels from this place I arrived three minutes after close (1:03 pm) and I didn’t even get a “hello I’m sorry we are closed.” Instead, I got “WE’RE CLOSED!!!” ftom the nasty, rude man behind the counter. Not to mention on Google it says they’re open until 2 o’clock and the door was unlocked. I would’ve been maybe four minutes and they could’ve sold two dozen bagels to me which they had out back. But instead they chose to go the disrespectful, unprofessional route and snap at a customer for walking in three minutes after close. I will never go there again and I will make sure to tell everyone I talk to you never to go there again.

I went in to order juat a burrito with a little bit of customization and the man behind grill started making fun at my customizations in clear ear view of me. That's mature. Also I saw one of the women handling money it a glove on and then packing bagels with the same glove. Unsanitary.

I really like this place. Very quiet and unassuming at 730 am. coffee is self serve, eggs are made fresh, and its less $ then a dunkin combo.

It’s middle of the road. I got the lox sandwich on sesame and it was alright. Nothing to rave or complain about. Good seating, quick service and a decent bagel. Coffee selection is surprisingly good. Not a bad choice just nothing beyond expectations.

Pretty decent place. Food is good and prices are decent. Order at the counter, get your own drinks and sit down. Pay at the counter before leaving. It's their system, get used to.

The food is a 4.5 but the attitude of the lady managing and the person on the grill is at about a 1. The counter people were courteous, this time, but the vibe in there is generally negative. I've been there when customers are getting yelled at.

Great food, nice people, the dining room is clean but nothing fancy. The baked goods are phenomenal

So I have mixed feelings about this place. I love the staff there everyone super friendly. I wish for a place called Brooklyn bagel, they had decent homemade bagels. I’m not sure if they are store bought or not, but not what I’m anticipating due to their name. I like that they cook actual eggs and whatnot compared to those that have premade egg patties. Overall I like it, I just wish the actual bagels were better. UPDATE: bagels have been a lot better. Still not the best I’ve had, but don’t taste store bought anymore.

This is by far the best bagel sandwich around here. The food is always ready within mins of ordering, and the staff is always nice. Highly recommend this place

Brooklyn bagel you never cease to amaze me .. I've loved your food since the day you guys opened!!! And even though you're not as close to me anymore 😞! I will travel the distance for your amazing food.

I have been a regular at Brooklyn Bagel House for the last month. Great service and food. My new favorite breakfast spot in Derry.

Went yesterday a half hour before they close. Apparently the staff felt like they were done for the day. I stood at the counter in front of all the bagels for a few minutes and nobody came over to me I could hear them talking I could see them they saw me so when nobody came over to me up the bagel counter I went up to the register counter where I again was ignored nobody took my order so after standing there for a few minutes I left with no sandwich. So the service is awful there don't recommend it

It is a bagel shop. The quality of bagels meets the price of them. They are quick, clean, well made and a good price. Honestly, it is the best bagel place in the area.

Great food, good service very small able to hear each other talk. Self serve coffee bar with hot and cold options. 4 flavors to choose from. Their homemade Blueberry crumble was delicious.

Great prices. The Cordeon Bleu on a roll tasted great but i did expect more meat on it. Staff was cool. Loved the NY style decor.

Went out of their way for good service. Quick with order, always hot when picking up & never disappointed with the food.

Bagels are nothing special. Better bagels at Market Basket and that isn't saying much. Place is dirty. Unfriendly staff.

The food is wonderful, but unfortunately, the owner is so incredibly rude that I’ve given up. I have been a customer since 2005 but his rudeness is simply too awful with all of the other breakfast options around. The lack of professionalism is astounding.
