Terrible place. New employees have been the worst that this place had in 10 years. They are super lazy saying bad words in spanish. The place is super dirty. The tables kitchen everything.

Like many others have said, they ALWAYS omit food. Today I ordered 2 6 piece chicken nuggets. Easy right? What they proceed to do is give me one 6 piece and one 4 piece. How did they even mess that up? Another time they didn’t add cheese to my double CHEESEBURGER. Another time, I ordered a quarter pounder and they didn’t put any of the usual condiments or onions that go on the burger. How do you even forget to put the most essential ingredients and condiments on the burger? I went into the store to switch the 4 piece nugget for the 6 piece nugget I ordered. Young man at the register was nice and friendly and switched the nuggets for what I actually ordered. That’s pretty much the only positive takeaway from this place.

This Mc.Donald's was AMAZING Tonight... I had to wait a little longer because I had a large order but everything was done perfectly. There is a Manager here (a woman) she always wears a skirt!!! "SHE NEEDS A RAISE" and give her some PTO (paid time off). She works long hard hours and she is always doing her best.. if anyone knows who I'm talking about please give me her name so I can contact the Corporate Office to make them aware, Thanks Guys

We usually order ahead and pick up in the drive thru. So I can't speak for the indoor atmosphere. I do not like that every time we order, we get sent to the parking area to wait for our food. I placed the order, paid ahead for it, and then I have to go park and wait. This happens every visit, no matter what I order. This process needs work. On the plus side, our orders are usually correct and the food is good.

Breakfast was good, but instead of a large black coffee, I received a large coffee with cream and sugar. Of course, I was already 10 minutes down the road when I realized the mistake. Always check order and drinks before leaving.

Family in front of us had coupons that had to be entered individually. Cashier did her best put 6 coupons entered 1 by 1 took a long time. Was not in a hurry but noticed another employee who was trained in cashier position and didn’t get asked to assist. Food at McDonald’s was 100 percent on target. Employees were friendly and the dining area was spotless

I made a mistake and wanted to cancel my order and when I tried calling the number it was a busy signal. How do I get hold of them so I can get a refund

Good place. Less crowded than most McDonald's. Plenty of parking. Staff is nice and friendly. Always clean.

My favorite local area McD's. Always clean and my complicated burger order (add 0ni0n, extra pickles, no salt, no ketchup, but yes mustard, and well d0ne) always comes out as ordered. And the staff is nice to my kid. 5 out of 5 nuggs.

This place is the best restaurant that is close to my house to eat. I come every day and they treat me well and my food is excellent, very hot, delicious, and my fries are of good quality. My chicken sandwich is well cooked and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very beautiful and quiet and all the employees are very friendly and very respectful 🫶

Do not order from them at night with uber eats or doordash I swear they will forget parts of your order. I just ordered tonight they literally forgot my pies and a whole damn sandwich like what the hell. If I went through the drive thru they wouldn't forget a thing but 5 uber eats later each one they forgot at least one item or more

Go here if you want to pay for food you won't get. Happened to us 5 times here. Usually its just apple slices or fries, something minor in my kids happy meal, but one time it was the nuggets. Another time when the happy meals had no apple slices in them, which we'd asked for and were listed in the receipt, we parked and my husband walked in right from the drive thru and asked for the missing items. He came back out empty handed and said the manager 'flat out refused to fill the order.' This last time I drove my twins home after a very long day, unpacked them into their highchairs to eat and realized the cheeseburger in my kids' happy meal was missing. I tried to call about the missing burger but they keep their phoneline set to dnd so calls get autorejected. You can't get through. I filled out a complaint on mcdonalds website with a copy of the receipt and heard absolutely nothing back. No refund for the missing burger, nothing. I eventually got a bland copy paste email about how theyre always striving to do better. So i've paid for all this food and not gotten it, and my kids had to go without, and I cant even get this location on the phone.

Terrible service, they got my coffee order wrong three times. Each time the woman brought my coffee out, it was a sloppy mess. She had coffee and cream running down the her hands and along the side of the cup. She then copped an attitude because I asked her to correct the order which was clearly printed on the receipt. Nobody speaks English in this location. Save yourself the aggravation and go to another location!!!
