The
waiting
room
chairs
are
extremely
uncomfortable
for
having
to
wait
for
long
periods
of
time
when
you're
sick.
The
front
desk
person
was
offensive
with
their
off-putting,
unprofessional,
sloppy,
appearance
and
ridiculous
colored
hair.
Was
minimally
cordial
however.
When
called
back
to
the
room,
there
was
confusion
about
who
was
next.
When
I
was
called,
the
lady
had
a
demeanor
that
exuded
anger.
Lips
were
pursed,
and
mumbling.
Definitely
did
not
get
the
feeling
of
warmth
or
empathy.
When
got
the
room,
there
was
absolutely
no
urgency
or
efficiency
to
process
my
chief
complaint.
She
had
trouble
with
the
spinning
chair
and
took
a
few
minutes
to
mess
with
that.
Began
to
ask
me
questions
from
the
computer
as
if
this
was
her
first
time
operating
the
EMR.
And
asked
me
ridiculous
questions
that
should
have
been
in
the
system,
since
my
PCP
is
via
Mercy.
It's
an
Urgent
Care....she's
asking
me
about
my
family
history,
if
I'm
breastfeeding,
what
meds
I
take,
which
is
valid,
but
should
be
in
the
system
and
not
something
that
needs
to
be
drawn
out
when
someone
is
not
feeling
well.
I
had
told
her
that
I
was
blowing
out
green
mucous
and
had
sinus
pressure.
She
then
asks
me,
from
a
list,
if
I
had
sinus
congestion.
Ummm
-
yea!
When
asked
if
i
was
up
to
date
on
my
vaccines,
which
is
also
not
something
I
should
be
asked
in
Urgent
care,
I
told
her
yes,
I
am
a
nurse.
She
seemed
to
warm
up
a
little
more
after
that
and
attempted
to
be
more
accommodating.
Much
to
my
surprise,
the
physician
did
come
in
right
away
and
addressed
my
issues
expediently
and
professionally.
He
was
kind
and
empathic.
This
was
the
best
part
of
the
horrible
experience
of
having
to
go
to
Urgent
care.
People
are
ill
and
do
not
feel
well,
when
you
feel
like
that
l,
you
don't
want
to
get
out
of
bed,
much
less,
get
dressed,
drive
yourself
there
and
have
to
wait
in
a
waiting
room
with
other
people
who
are
also
ill.
Its
not
a
good
experience.
