Update:
I
scheduled
to
get
the
rest
of
my
nails
removed
and
they
put
me
with
Lou.
She
was
so
kind
and
apologized
over
and
over
for
the
inconvenience.
Not
only
did
she
take
my
nails
off,
but
she
offered
to
do
a
new
set
as
well.
Thank
you
Lou
for
changing
my
experience
from
a
negative
to
a
positive.
UPDATE:
Thumb
nail
just
popped
off
zipping
my
pants
…
UPDATE:
after
calling
..they
let
me
know
I
only
had
7
days
to
come
in
to
get
my
nails
“fixed”.
Seeing
how
I
got
them
done
for
vacation..
there
was
no
way
for
me
to
get
back
in
time.
DAY
4
and
my
nails
looked
like
this…
(picture
below)
Everyone
thought
they
were
press
ons
🙄
Today
was
my
first
time
at
Her.
I
typically
go
to
a
very
clean
natural
nail
salon
in
ATL,
GA
and
had
difficulty
finding
a
place
while
here
in
STL.
I
had
high
hopes
for
Her.
When
I
came
in,
I
checked
in
and
was
seated
in
a
pedicure
seat
with
pedicure
dust
on
the
arms.
The
guy
quickly
swiped
the
dust
with
a
towel
and
placed
the
same
towel
on
the
foot
stool
where
I
would
be
getting
my
pedicure.
It
took
around
20-30
min
for
someone
to
come
fill
my
pedicure
bowl.
I
was
not
offered
a
drink
or
given
an
estimate
time
for
someone
to
come
and
service
me.
Thao
(spell
check)
finally
came
and
was
very
nice,
but
my
pedicure
was
not
worth
the
money
I
spent.
My
problem
areas
on
my
feet
are
still
pretty
rough.
My
biggest
upset
was
my
nails.
Something
told
me
to
just
stick
with
gel,
but
I
ended
up
getting
Gel
X.
My
nails
are
very
bulky
and
there
is
paint
along
my
cuticles.
I
did
not
leave
a
tip
and
will
not
be
back.
