Very disappointed at this business. I made appointments I specifically asked if someone able to take me at 9am when they open otherwise I can come at another time and the guy answer on the phone said for sure and had me with Rigo. Next they I was there at 9am sharp. No one show up. I waited 15min and no one come open the shop. This place is a joke and definitely not coming back.

I loved this place came once a week to andres , seemed like a great consumer server. Happend two times to me and now to my brother. You made an appointment days ahead they book you then day of they ask you to wait an additional hour and take others before you. I asked Andreas why and he told me sorry bro I completely forgot about you. Your after that guy I walked out what a joke..

I love this salon first time went there Tatuaje de Ceja did my highlights it’s was amazing she took her time and alway tell me what using and very professional I come to her for my services. Then August 21/2023 i brook appointment online for 2:30 pm and show the lady that going to be doing my hair and showing her the pictures how I want my hair to look like? She then really understands me and she call a guys come over to translate so I told him this is what I want, then she say ok. So she got started doing my hair I have maybe over 100 foils in my head she kept go get more beaches maybe 4 time that she have to refill I was there almond 7 hrs I was so exhausted and tire . After all that my hair got so damaged from how much beaches she put in my hair. Today august 22/2023 I have to go to another salon to trim my damaged hair 😞 that she did to my hair I spend over 250 plus 45 dollars tips yesterday . Today I spend another 134 to fix my damaged hair from another salon’s I call and explain to the owner tell him what happened and I’m not happy with the service! I never had an issue with Tatuaje ja Ceja doing my hair there. She off for pregnancy leave that why I didn’t have any choice! But sadly it’s turn out damage my hair 😞😞. Hopefully owner can do something for me he say will get back with me soon! Let see if he say what he say he going to do!!! I have to cute 2 inches off my hair off 8/22/2023 cause of the damage stylist didn’t know what she doing!!

Love coming to Rigo! I’ve been a customer since I was a teenager! He did a design for my senior prom! (2006) Will never forget that! Everyone loved it! Great guy and has the best service around the area! Will definitely recommend come check them out.

RIGO is the best! He always cuts my sons hair the way he likes it! Takes his time and is very professional.

Good haircut but $40 for a 15 minute mens basic haircut is pricey.

Haircuts/styling are average but good value. Friendly stylist. Not everyone in the salon was wearing masks (Oct. 2020)
