I don't like to leave bad reviews but a few things at this dentist aren't acceptable and highly not advised for foreigners who are used to better service . my gf had a tooth extraction ,we usually have our dental work done when visiting Thailand ,as any medical things in Indonesia are far behind other countries ,but she had no choice as her tooth had broken, first they didn't cover her clothes with paper or cloth bib which all dentist use, and this resulted in blood stain down her clothes from the very quick surgery extraction ,also during the dental procedure the dental nurse was looking at MTV on a TV screen and hardly assisted,there was no constant mouth rinse or the suction pipe used at all dentist ,so she had a mouth full of blood and had no choice to swallow at times while surgery was going on ,this just isn't acceptable practice from a dentist in any country ,she was also left in a lot of pain afterwards and couldn't believe how unprofessional it is compared to Thailand and most other countries as well,so sorry ,pretty negative expirence ,it was cheap but it's dental surgery ,so lower price over safer practice isn't acceptable,I couldn't recommend this surgery,and especially not to foreigners who are at least used to a dental nurse using a wash and vacuum as that's just standard practice for any dentist .

My 1st dental experience and requirement at age 35 and I must say it was the most amazing and satisfying one, exceptional job done by Dr Komang. Will be sending all my friends travelling from Australia to Lombok to her..

I dont know, why she smiles so much on Instagram photos especially to non-local peoples , but when I came to do some scaling, the doctor attitude is so bad, she actually playing with his phone, and didnt even look at me, she just like want me to left as fast as possible,it was in 2022 and I still remember how much I disappointed for what se did to me, never come back again to this place for sure. Such a bad experience.

I went for a clean, the dentist and assistant we both professional. They had all the usual equipment you'd expect. Two days later my wife went for a clean. We are both happy with the results.

Went to this dental clinic. How the dentist works are quite impressive, she did the job very well actually, I appreciate that. What disappointed me is the way she treated the patient, the interaction looks like what we saw in a convenient store where the cashier ask for a total money that we should pay. I don't like to do a very long conversation with a stranger, well actually I like this kind of simple interaction where I got my teeth done and I paid for the service. But, I think it's kinda rude if you just directly ask for the money after did something with someone else teeth. Maybe you can just ask how do they feel, or give some kind of advice, and then of course you can ask for the money.

Suddenly having a few holes in your teeth on vacation can be quite annoying (and it was) but thankfully the dentist helped me quickly, professionally and honestly it is very affordable. My teeth feel good again so thank you very much! I really appreciate you helping me so quickly.
