Extremely rude staff, disgusting rooms that look like they haven't been cleaned in months if not years, prices aren't set in stone and vary depending on who's working the desk when you make a reservation, tiny parking lot. Save your time, money and stress and go someplace else.

Cheap but not cleaned. I went there twice it was nice, owner and staffs are pretty cool, the environment is quite and nice too but not that clean. This place is good for short stay only. They don't have any good room service or supplies for restrooms.

Not HORRIBLE BUT let me tell you...the people who work in office....are rude with a bad attitude!!!! Ice machine broke forever, no vending machines and really.....why have a business and then have all office staff nasty, rude bad attitudes and that's on top of a run down place and do nothing to improve anything??? Some people do NOT DESERVE running a business!!

Congratulations on doing some upgrades but u still have some work to do like making sure that your housekeeping staff is actually cleaning up the rooms, no one should ever enter a motel or hotel room and be able to tell what the previous occupants have done....

Top flight amenities, prime location, concierge service unheard of! There's also the famous "short stay", where you can rent a room for 3 hours in the middle of the night! Yippee!!! If only mgm grand would offer this option I'd have it tied for first 🥇

It's too expensive. I was told the room was cheap but it's $75 a night. It's more expensive than the place across the street and the place across the street was better. Your have to check in and out in the cold. You stand outside where cars are passing through. There is one way in and one way out and it's through this small pass in the middle of the building. The room is kind of normal for the area. Not well finished and the needs aren't comfortable. It's interesting that if you get a room away from 8 mile you either get that quality for cheaper or that same price with a nice room. It sucks, I just want a cheap room to be able to stay in. I suppose I'll just stick with the suburbs. I would get a room regularly, but not for that price. As far as I know there are no decent places to stay in the city

Horrible workers owners and service

Cheap. Horrible service and will fight with you about them not having bed bugs I took a picture and those people refused to pay me my money back for only 2 hours $30 and an extra $10 for additional hour. Lol these people are true scammers. There sheets horrendous I couldn't stop bugging out.
