I have been a customer at this store for 4 years now and am finally writing a review after the most wonderful experience today! I am very new to running and spent some time with a staff member who was so knowledgeable about running shoes and went above and beyond with helping me find the perfect pair for my needs. I wish I could remember his name, but I know it started with J and he was downstairs in the women’s section. Have always had nothing but great experiences here and staff is always trying to help you get the best deal possible.

I've been to the nike outlet in Detroit many times, always great deals and service. Today Darius helped me in a big way. Without his help I would've been lost. Hats off to nike for hiring such a great guy

It was very inconvenient for me and my family today. I had one thousand dollars to spend today and only gotta chance to spend eighty bucks. Only one busy guy help me with choosing my son shoes and then there women employee couldn't help but they went downstairs and I couldn't get help buying clothes and shoes or anything else. Worst place to get customers service everyone is better off going to the internet or the mall atleast you getgood customer service.

I was able to score some shoes for a steal l. They were on the refurbished wall. But the all white forces have gone downhill for some reason. They look yellow tarnished and worn 🤮. I’m noticing this a lot lately. No way these should be sold and regular price at that

Prices were the best BUT I don’t think I’ll be going back. I was in line and the man behind was spewing next level racism at me for about 5-10 minutes until he made the cashier upset and the cashier asked him to step back. He made a passive threat at the cashier as well. At no point did the security guard or any body escort him away. I kept to myself and multiple people noticed because they were grinning at how out of pocket this guy was. I felt uncomfortable even leaving the store. I would think the Nike factory downtown would be a safe place to shop but I guess not.

Great location very professional staff. Excellent products. They have a whole lot for the men's section, women's and kids.

I absolutely love this store. There's always someone there to help. Prices are great and if you have the app you get coupons and stuff. The only place I shop at for my son's shoes.

It was cool, customer service was good. I like how they have Women's and Men's sections on different floors, instead of one big open space. To me though, you'll find better quality products on line.
