I had an appointment for 5pm so that my kids could get a physical. I got there 430 and wait for three hours. Mind you, I left work early just so I could be on time. They had me waiting for 3 hours, just to tell me what I wasn’t going to be seen. Also, I was the very last person. You mean to tell me no one could have told me two hours sooner. They could have made time to see me if I had an appointment and waited THREE HOURS. THEY ARE BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Only thing I needed was a physical for me kids.

You have to literally take time from your schedule to make ANOTHER appointment just to come back and learn your medical results. Instead of them calling you, mailing a letter, etc., you have to come back just for them to tell you something as simples as a uti. Also, the wait times are horrific! You have an appointment at 9, that's funny because you really won't be seen until 2 hours later. You come in for a physical? The nurse practitioners barely touch you. You come in for 4 minutes and they immediately direct you to the lab. Worst clinic ever! But I guess I can't complain since they do accept Medicaid, however, their treatment and ways of doing things is extremely outdated. I believe all the rejects who got c's in medical school work here.

The dentist there she’s no good ! I came in because of pain , they wanted to clean my teeth I explained to her assistant what was going on , now the assistant did try to help me , she did try to get the dentist to see me because even she was concerned. She ( the dentist)wouldn’t even see me , had an assistant give me script & sent me on my way ! I ended up in the hospital with serious infection, to the point where I now have to get surgery! If you care about yourself, your well being DONT GO TO THERE DENTIST OFFICE! She does not care she’s in this for a check! If an undercover state worker showed up , they’d most definitely would be shut down !!!!

I must say the dental visit with Dr. Evans and Jovan , and my mother felt comfortable. They were patient. They were very detailed because it was difficult for us to understand things and they handle things very patiently and kind. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this dental office location

Beware The Dental office is extremely unprofessional. No one answers the phones after lunch. If your late for an appointment no ones gonna answer if you call. I decided to give these people a try. It started out amazing in the beginning. As time progressed appointment times became further and further apart, until eventually I arrive to them telling me their system was down and they would call me to reschedule my appointment. This lasted for two months and no one ever called. When I called the other location I received attitude just for trying to get information. DO NOT use this dentistry they like to begin work get as much money out of you as they can and not finish.

Very friendly and professional atmosphere. I felt very comfortable at the dentist. The staff is absolutely amazing. I definitely would refer anyone to come get your medical services and dentistry done here!!

Horrible go to a real dentist they don't have anything together like they use to

The service was excellent the gentleman I spoke to was Mr Williams and he was so nice and very understandable my situation he took his time with me he helped me and I want appreciate what he have done and I want to represent your company thank you Mr William for all the work you have done for me I hope that I get you all the time to pick me up and take me where I need to go when it comes to my doctor appointments thank you
