Phenomenal classes and teachers in a beautiful studio space. I was visiting Detroit from NYC and took two classes: HIIT Pilates and Power Yoga. Both were outstanding. I’m very particular about Power Yoga and the class was on par with the classes I’m used to in NYC - perfectly paced quicker flows that were challenging in all of the right ways. I’m excited to come back and try more of their class formats (and bone broth soon!). HIGHLY recommend ❀️‍πŸ”₯🦴

I am so grateful that’s a space like Hot Bones exists in Detroit. I’m newer to yoga and Pilates, but every instructor has made me feel welcome and capable. I love the variety of classes they have and their community focus. All of the staff have such great energy - this is a place for everyone! All of the instructors and the owner Lara go out of their way to make people feel welcomed and included. The classes have me feeling so strong - I absolutely love being a member here.

LOVE THIS STUDIO! Every class so far has been a delightful challenge. Hot Bones saw a community need and DELIVERED on everything the Detroit yoga community has been missing. Some highlights: -Space is gorgeous -Infrared heat feels amazing - like a warm hug -Appreciate how fully-guided every class is -Teachers start/stop exactly on-time which is so appreciated as someone who has to get to/from meetings -Everyone I've sat next to in class has been so friendly -Momence app is so easy to use to book A perfect addition to Detroit's yoga and pilates community - I'm so thankful to belong here <3 <3 <3

The space, the community, the warmth was all amazing! I came in to do my first restorative yoga in years and it was fantastic! I took the Monday 8PM class and left feeling relaxed and restored! Can't wait to go back! Facility is super clean and very cool! Welcoming to all! I didn't feel intimidated at all!

The unlimited membership has been 100% worth it. The instructors are all fantastic and provide a unique experience. The infrared heat is such a good addition too! I’ve struggled finding studios/gyms that are inclusive, don’t use problematic language around fitness/diet, and provide a great workout with good music, but I finally found it!! HOT BONES is absolutely killing it ❀️‍πŸ”₯❀️‍πŸ”₯❀️‍πŸ”₯ OH also the fact that they’ll have a vegan broth when the bone broth bar opens is so chef’s kiss

I LOVE taking classes and being a part of the HOT BONES community. All of the instructors have a different style of teaching, so my unlimited membership has really been worth it to build both a yoga and pilates practice. It's help me gained strength quickly, and helped me manage my chronic back pain. Everyone who works there and who I meet are kind and friendly. I especially love that the studio is on one floor, has single stall accessible restrooms, and has lots of natural lights. With all of the equipment provided, all I need to remember to bring is some water.

Hot Bones has been such a nice addition to my weekly routine. It's special to be able to get a studio with different types of workouts: yoga, pilates. I already feel stronger and healthier because of my weekly routines at Hot Bones. As an experienced yogi, i've found that the pilates classes really engage my body in ways that yoga may not. I feel stronger because weights have been added to my workouts and I can also tell my stamina has increased from the cardio aspects of the HIIT classes. My only complaint is that Hot Bones doesn't have a shower! I wish I could shower up before or after class!

Love this space! I've been searching for a yoga/pilates studio in the city & once Hot Bones opened I knew it was going to be my go-to spot. It's such a vibe in there and every instructor is incredibly welcoming and kind. The classes are all guided & the instructors provide support whenever it is needed. You leave feeling confident & excited for your next workout! The unlimited membership was 100% worth it!❀️‍πŸ”₯❀️‍πŸ”₯

Hot Bones is a haven of wellness thanks to the incredible team of instructors that have been so thoughtfully put together. You feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the door and classes are accessible for whatever level you come with. Do yourself a favor and grab an unlimited membership because you'll want to keep coming back after your first class. Also - The interior design is aesthetically so beautifully done.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ The Blac Thai massage therapist really stretched and worked my tight places out. The Yoga class and exercises on Hart Plaza were great too. I was expecting a short demonstration but they went full out.
