Still trying to figure this place out. Empty upon arrival at 7pm on a Thursday and empty when we left. Looks like a time capsule from the 70s. Not sure how they keep the doors open I got the wing special and it was fine. Expiration date on the beer was passed. Not worried just points to how often drinks and food turn. So conveniently located this place has potential.

The first thing I noticed before walking in was that there was a $5 charge to use the restroom. One guy seated us and said no words the entire time we were there. Not even a hi or head nod. I got the Greek burger. Had one olive in the middle of the burger and the cheese was mozzarella batear of feta. The patty was dry and had a weird taste. May have been old…. Te food came out extremely fast as though it was already made… I am visiting from LA. I would never would come here again.

No beer on tap. About 5 things on the menu. $5 dollar charge to use the restroom and no lights work inside of it. No idea how this place stays in business. Bartender was nice but didn’t seem to be all there. Was given a bag of chips that I found out expired four years ago after having the first bite. At least the grub was quick and we were the only ones in there

So, here right now at 12:30am an old guy tending bar with literally 4 people in the entire place. What's the old guy's name no idea, he never even said hello. He is to busy to offer even the simplest level of customer service. Interior design of this place is amazing but service is beyond dispictable. If zero stars were a thing I would give it. In the early 70's this was a fine dining experience... many dishes prepared right at the table... Caesar salad... Steak Diane...was delicious. Was all way's fun to get dressed up and go to the city. Sorry to hear it's gone down. Still great memories ☺️

Gaslight is a Motown original. Never know who may stroll through the door here. As with most downtown spots its within walking distance of the train. This is a serious up and coming part of the D. Food is good but a little on the high side. I was informed by a server that will be changing soon, we'll see. Call ahead to see who's in town or just drop in for a drink.

When me and my family walked in, it was empty. Even during the lunch rush. So we thought service was good. But unfortunately I guess one person worked there and it was the owner he did all of the cooking and serving, so it was an average wait time.

Comfy neighborhood bar. Kitchen was closed when we were there so I'll have to go back some other time and try one of their burgers. Steve served up a couple of nice cold ones. Lions crowd had already left so it was nice and quiet when we were there. Definitely dig the old school charm and the big vinyl booths.

Overpriced! $9:00 for a thimble sized shot of crown? And something was Floating in the glass! Acted like it was a bother when I pointed it out! No wonder why we were the only ones in there! Won’t be back!

1st time ever at this long term establishment. We went for a much needed cocktail after renting scooters zipping all over Detroit. The owner was so nice and happy to strike up a wonderful conversation about the area and happenings. He even bought me and my wife a shot. I'd like to re visit at a busier time. The decor was unique. Will be back!

I've lived in Detroit my whole life only 26 years But I never went here until recentlyAndI'm in love with it nice quiet cozy. Perfect for any outing whether it be a nice dinner or a quick lunch, and the food is soon delicious I called the owner just to let him know.

I brought some friends here about a month back, after having lunch on occasion. We had a wonderful time, and it was a fine start to our night. It’s a cozy bar with a kind and interesting owner. Worth coming to for the Ouzo

Good food small menu there was only one guy and he was the owner there may be a cook but I’m not sure not a long wait at all about five minutes to get the food
