DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrified as soon as we pulled in. Broken street light attempted to be fixed with duct tape. Foul smell when you enter the unit. Peep hole has a toilet paper roll shoved through it. Dirty blankets. Hair on the beds. Bed bug debris. Cigarette burns in bed, walls, and curtains. Smoke detector was taken down and cords were exposed. Urine and red stains on the walls. Hole in the wall near toilet. Broken shower head. No clean towels. One dirty towel balled up in a drawer. A dirty pan in the dishwasher. It’s like the do not even try. This place is used to traffic drugs. We did not stay and do not recommend. We were told we would have our money back in 5-7 days, we shall see.

No towels or washcloths in the room. No blanket on the bed, only a sheet. Several holes in the walls. One hole was so big in the bathroom that someone stuffed it with toilet paper. Towel rack broken, which wasn't needed since there were no towels. Tried to get towels but none available and there were not many guests there. Bathtub and shower handle broken. On the plus side, the refrigerator, microwave and heat worked. The worst hotel I've encountered in at least five years. Absolutely absurd price for this hotel.

I’ve never had an experience like this before! This place needs to be shut down! Moved to 3 different rooms! The rooms were disgusting showers didn’t have shower curtains or towels. The r third room we were stuck with had no running water in the kitchen and heat did not work.I had to go and buy cleaning supplies because I was told housekeeping is not there on the weekends. I paid close to $400 for a penthouse suite and this is what I got! Instead of a full refund I received $50.

I was so paranoid to sleep due to the fact that we had to kill 4 roaches. Didn't arrive until 10 at night, left for our event at 12, came back at 4am & checked out at 9 am. Excellent location. We use to stay here years ago & it was so much nicer. Spend the extra money & stay somewhere else.

Exterior is dirty but that's whatever because we're staying inside anyway. But the first thing we noticed was a foul smell as soon as we walked in. Vents definitely haven't been cleaned in a while if ever. The sheets and beds are stained with yellow, green, and brown and there's plastic, crumbs, and hair on the bed and in between. Shower head is leaking and the doors look disgusting. If the placed was cleaned up, it would be an excellent place to stay. There's a lot of potential that's definitely died since they opened. Don't trust the pictures, and if you plan on staying, make sure you're able to get a refund.

Not super happy with the stay. The 1st room was sub par. The staff addressed the problem and the 2nd room was better but still not the greatest. Very low probability of staying again... The property needs a refresh. There is great potential but currently is lacking a lot of the comforts expected from a chain hotel. Not just due to Covid lacking in general lacking.

DO NOT obtain a hotel room here. You will regret it. The worst feature of this hotel, beyond not having pillow cases, towels (and we requested them) a roach in the bathroom, foul smells, dirty carpet, holes in the wall, dirty curtains, dirty grounds, filthy staff attitudes, and nasty nasty couches and chairs, is the policy to kick you and all guests out of all rooms you've obtained if you physically have 4 persons in your room any time. We had 6 people and two rooms so that we could sleep 3 to each room appropriately. However, when we convened in one room for pre drinks and entertainment the Keebler cops female came over to kick us out. The time of day? 7pm. To top it off they have a single posting stating no refunds. Don't waste your time. This hotel is absolutely garbage and has no value .

Mouse droppings under kitchen sink, inside drawers & in furnace closet with 2 big holes in wall. Old toilet seats sitting outside. I seen 3 roaches!! Sheets stained. Smoke detector inside drawers. This place reminds me of a MOTEL I was so disgusted!!!

This Is By Far The Nasty Place I Ever Stayed!! I Have Video Footage Of Roaches Crawling In The Kitchen Sink & Out The Heat Vents!!! The Tv’s Didn’t Work The Stove Was Falling Apart No Clean Towels! The Guy At The Front Desk Gave Me A Towel & Cleaning Spray To Kill The Roaches!! No Tissue In The Bathrooms!!! This Place Is Horrible!! It would actually to a challenge for me to stay the full night if they were to pay me the $120 room rate for my effort. This property is filthy and unsafe about 90% of its occupancy is long term rental to homeless. Upon arrival we open our room to find previous occupants trash, takeout boxes still on the dinette it is not vacuumed with trash littering the room, and the bedding was obviously not stripped or changed. Not that there would be any circumstance that I would get in that bed if it were changed there were no blankets and a filthy table runner at the foot of it. All the smoke detectors which appeared to be hard wired were cut away from the ceilings and the phone in the room was broken. I didn’t even want to sit down in it was so filthy. Cockroaches were present and there were cigarette burns on the sofa as well as crushed out cigarettes on top of the headboard which the headboard was used for doing so. If the health department were to inspect this property I believe it would not be allowed to operate. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, I would give 0 stars

The worst hotel experience of my life!!! Me and my family stayed in the pent house which you would think was going to be a luxury experience it was far from luxury! This hotel is like a hole in the wall the up keep is horrible housekeeping don’t do a good job of cleaning the rooms no blankets no towels broke tvs couch bed didn’t have a mattress ROACHES every where broke locks on the room door by far the worst experience and the guy who works the front desk was rude and NO HELP at all all he had to say was “you have to wait until the morning to talk management” SMH I wouldn’t recommend anyone book here EVER!

Let me be fair. The host lady was super friendly, and $128/night wasn't bad at all for what you'll literally be getting a condo-like room to yourself. Like previous reviewers said here, some serious renovations are definitely needed sooner rather than later.

I dislike doing this. Truly I do. But let me save you all the trip and money. I’m a Wyndham rewards member so I frequent with Wyndham hotels. This by far is the worst location. Rooms were so dirty and unsanitary. All of the lights leading to the back where they stashed us at doing our stay were out. So it was completely dark and unsafe walking towards the back where our room was. My wife literally got up and packed everything in the middle of the night do to a bug she saw. I used 14,000 points to stay here that night, they wouldn’t accommodate me in any way. Total loss for us on our end.

PLEASE DONT STAY HERE. People are living in these hotels as there homes and the front desk don’t warn you about that. There is an infestation of roaches in the hotel rooms, smell like animal urine, yellow stains on the beds, no pillows/blankets for beds, smoke detectors are not in place, dirty sticky carpet, and cracks head surrounding area. The front desk don’t communicate with you well and is unprofessional. Dirty walls, holes in the walls and when you walk on the stairs they feel like they about to cave in. This place needs to be shut down oh and the pool is soo dirty.

They have roaches big roaches!! I was absolutely horrified when I noticed two big roaches smashed up In the refrigerator!!! And when I cut the lights off I seen more come out I left within the first 45 mins of staying there please find somewhere else to stay !!

The rooms need to be totally updated with new or updated dish washers, garbage disposal, and faucets. The heat in room 613 didn't work at all. The tubs need to be serviced by an expert plumber. Maintenance is almost non-existent and the rooms we were placed in weren't cleaned properly before we occupied them. There was a rodent issue and a bug problem. I suggest thoroughly exterminating the entire grounds and hiring more maintenance staff, HVAC techs, and housekeepers.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The bathroom has mold. There were holes in the walls, no towels and floors was disgusting. Don't waste your time and money. I would give them 0 stars if I could

They had roaches, no remote to the TV, old, deflated Ballons still stuck to the wall, cold, heat never kicked on. Just terrible ugh

All the negative stuff ppl are saying is true and some! The pictures and what once was is no where near what the standard is now. There's no smoke alarms in either of the rooms I've been in so if there were a fire good luck. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. They don't clean the rooms

We never stayed. Booked a room and it looked great! Being a Hawthorne by Wyndham, we thought it would be great! Opened the door and it smelled. The carpet was filthy. The doors on the cabinets were half off. Opened the dishwasher and it was full of moldy water and it smelled horrible. The smoke alarm was beeping. Went back to the office. They put us in another room. It was as a very slight improvement but gross. I was able to get my $150 cash deposit back. Told them I was going elsewhere. It was thoroughly disgusting. Our cows live in a better room than they put us in. Oh … we can see the pool of the Hawthorne from our room at a BETTER establishment. It is literally a dark green.

This hotel is unsafe and disgusting. Thank god there was no fire since all the smoke alarms had been removed. The pillows on the bed are more like couch or travel pillows. The pictured are from the second room they put us in since the first room was just as bad. Not sure how Wyndham would want there name attached to his hotel.

The location is good close to a lot of things to do and eat the room it self is big but if you like holes in the wall stuffed with toilet paper dirty pillows stain sheets and roach's then it's great.

If I could give no stars I would We went through 2 rooms before finding the 3rd because they were all disgusting and dirty it looked like drugs were used in the room it had broken appliances holes in the walls, gunshots in walls, it was red paint or polish every were the floors was very sticky, no towels, no wash cloths no comforters on beds and they said they ran out out of everything we needed. The lights didn’t work in neither of the first 2 rooms….they need to just shut it down us and rebuild it because the hotel as a whole is horrible. I’ve never been to hotel this bad EVER ! And the fact they don’t give refunds or anything like that is blasphemy!

This place is horrible, The room they give you was never clean I promise. They only replace towels and blankets. But the blankets have YELLOW nasty a $ $ stains on it. The toilets don’t work either, we requested a plumber but he didn’t show up until the next day, and our toilets still couldn’t be fixed. We even found the Worst at night….Nasty Roaches within our hotel. If you have to spend more money for a better hotel experience, spend more.
