Never would stay here unless I was a nut case. I went for a job interview and the smell was atrocious. Candice had bites all over her body. Clearly you could see they were bug bites. They had the nerve to give me an interview and told me to go in the sitting room to fill out the application. I ran out the front door so fast and never looked back. This place is disgusting and beyond filthy. This is an insane asylum for the lost and downtrodden. I would rather sleep outside if I had to stay in that dump. It’s not fit for a dog to live in let alone a human. Run for your life only go here if you have a death wish that’s how bad it is.

I don't understand the negative reviews. My family and I stayed here during our vacation. Though the building is older. It is well maintained. The service was second to none. The staff was very helpful with suggestions of interesting points of interest to visit. The rooms were very clean.

I was bitten through the bed. the rat at the reception desk was very kind, though. the pillow was filled with hypodermic needles, but the eyeball stew was very tasty. still wondering what the β€œeyeballs” were made of.

All they’ve got inside is vacancy, but it’s a great place to take shelter. They have umbrellas if you need to grab one for the go. Definitely take the elevator instead of the stairs!

I'm so confused. The reviews say this place is a dump filled with bugs and low-lives and the next review says there's a pool, the rooms are nice and the food is great. So which is it??

I was informed the price point but, they required financial documents for just a week stay.... returning the next morning.....only to be informed ( NO availabilities but, this is a very large establishment) Nice older woman first then a young African American man told me No vacancies.....What a shame right?

Went here to help a friend move out; I've seen enough...I'd say it needs renovating, but that's so far beyond an understatement it's not even worth doing; y'all just needa start over @.@

So my Google timeline says I was at Hotel Yorba! This is untrue I was stuck on I75 for hrs waiting for major car accident to be cleaned up and freeway open. Yorba was next to me on freeway 1234

From what I understand, the Yorba was built by the owner of the Ambassador Bridge back in the 1930s. Rumor has it that The Beatles stayed here when they played at the old Olympia Stadium in 1966. During those times it was an elegant hotel. The decline since then has been severe. It is the last stop for these poor residents before winding up on the streets. I know nothing about the current owner, but it's clear they are milking this establishment for everything they can before the health department shuts it down. Very sad.
