It's not the best motel in the world or even in Detroit, but the owners and how they treat their customers speak volumes. I had to stay here a month and a half with my children and not once did the owner complain or treat me and my family unfair, it was exactly opposite. He didn't even over charge even though there were 6 of us in one room, even though 2 of them were under 5yo. I'd go back, and most of the rooms are super decent. The first few nights we even stayed in one of their jacuzzi room. 4 stars!!!

Ok. The motel manager is nice and gives affordable weekly prices for people who are temporarily in need of a place to stay during a crisis like homelessness or victims of a house fire. Even though the building does need to be fixed up. They got cable, and nearby restaurant and Meijer grocery stores. I wanna thank this manager for giving me an affordable temporary place to stay in my time of homelessness may God Bless You.🙏

Very professional and friendly staff. Includes added security at no cost. And by added security, I mean the cops are in and out of the Parking lot ever 30 minutes or so to "just make sure". 5 stars

Rooms are nice, management seems a little pushy as well as nosey. I haven't found a trash can yet and near as I can tell the usual amenities such as soap and toilet paper are nonexistent here. But for 70 dollars a night you really can't complain

They have mold on the walls the dresses don't have drawers in them the carpet is dirty as hell in the blankets smell and they make up their own prices one day is $55 then another day is $65 or $75

I'm disturbed of the bed bug accusations.ive stayed many times most recently stayed rm108 June 5 and never had bad experience let alone any bed bug issue I believe whoever is writing bedbug issues were trying to ruin a great motel. I could have stayed anywhere I picked this place because location great friendly staff clean rooms quiet peacefully sleep the motel is old but an oldie is a goodie great job Riviera motel

Costumer survive was horrible the fist room we had the sink was flooded also no hot water second room wasn't better either the toilet didn't flush u have to take the top off and stick your hand in it a flush it manually. Y'all need some WORK!!

I love this motel yes it does need some repairs but it's affordable plus you can bring your pets so if you have a dog bring him/her and enjoy your stay

Rooms are new with all modern facility Freeze and microwave in all rooms and good service great job ny new management

okay for starters the bathroom is absolutely ridiculous the roof has cave down due to leaking water from the rooms above each time they flush their toilet we get leaked on by their filthy toilet water and there is black mold 0/5 don’t come here unless you broke broke and have literally no other choice also it is very dangerous people get shot up here TODAY it is not safe at all
