Wow.
Every
bite
literally
sang
in
my
mouth.
For
apps
we
ordered
crab
cakes,
beef
tips,
and
the
charcuterie
board.
For
the
main
he
got
a
lobster
tail
with
ricotta
"dumplings"
and
a
lovely
sauce
and
I
got
the
lamb
shank
with
polenta
and
veg.
Wow.
Just
wow.
I'm
not
joking
when
I
say
every
mouthful
was
an
experience.
The
layers
of
flavour,
the
mouth-feel,
how
the
flavors
relate
to
each
other
was
just
wow.
Every
bite
I
was
smiling
and
my
eyes
got
a
little
wider
each
time.
The
meat
of
the
lamb
completely
fell
off
the
bone,
the
polenta
was
creamy
and
the
gravy
was
smooth,
the
taste
divine.
That,
contrasting
with
the
crispy
kale
was
again,
wow.
I
tasted
the
lobster
and
ricotta
dumplings
he
ordered
and
no
joke,
every
time
the
dumpling
hit
my
tongue
it
felt
like
a
pillow,
soft,
and
comforting.
Those
coupled
with
the
sauce
were
perfection.
Our
server,
Amber,
was
absolutely
amazing.
Very
attentive
and
friendly!
There
was
a
party
going
on
while
we
were
there
and
she
offered
to
move
us
and
was
constantly
checking
in
to
see
if
we
were
okay
with
the
atmosphere.
She
definitely
takes
pride
in
her
job
and
excels
in
it.
Overall,
it
was
a
great
way
to
celebrate
my
30th
birthday.
This
is
the
kind
of
experience
everyone
should
be
able
to
partake
in
at
least
once
in
their
lives.
If
you're
not
used
to
paying
a
steeper
price
for
food,
it
could
catch
you
off
guard,
but
every
mouthful
is
worth
it.
The
chef
is
highly
skilled
and
you
pay
for
his
expertise
as
well
as
the
quality
of
the
food.
You
will
not
be
disappointed!
Absolutely
zero
complaints!
