This gym is in a constant state of decay. Employees stand around and chat instead of doing the bare minimum for sanitation. Oddly enough they have great equipment, if you don’t mind the risk of getting a staph infection.

I was a member at Crunch La Salle. I canceled my membership two months before renewal, but their worker made a mistake, and they forced me to pay membership again . After I paid, still I've got email regarding membership payment. I don't know what is happening there. I've never seen such a non organized gym.

It's a very nice gym with many machines to choose from, mostly 24/7 aside from holidays, and clean facilities. It's quiet in the mornings and I really enjoy going here! Friendly staff too.

Nice gym for the price. Change rooms are very basic, no sauna, the men's washroom fan is very loud and needs to be replaced. Staff is very nice and helpful you can tell they love what they do!

Fun, clean and friendly! Tyler was a rockstar helping me when I first joined and Jordan is the greatest hype man ever! These two along with every single staff member are friendly and knowledgeable.

Crunch fitness is a very affordable, clean gym that offers great classes to help me meet my fitness goals. I love that they have also have tanning beds, its a one stop shop 😌 I'm always greeted by Jordan at the front desk, he has been very knowledgeable & helpful regarding my fitness needs! Very happy this is the gym I signed up to!!!

I always feel uncomfortable there with stares from gym staff and other gym users. Restrooms and changerooms are not clean and machines always feel sticky. Also they no longer have thier $9.95 a month plan so affording it was difficult. At a minimum your looking to pay $16.95 a month. I have canceled my membership and will not be returning. I wouldnt recommend Crunch to anyone.

I’ve been a member at the LaSalle location for over two years and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering joining. The fitness center in LaSalle is a clean, welcoming, and friendly environment for people looking to engage in a more active lifestyle. No questions asked; this gym is worth the investment. Recently, I moved out of town and this location is no longer the most ideal for my circumstance. That being said, I continue to attend daily despite the drive. I mentioned earlier that the gym was clean, welcoming, and friendly but truthfully, those are (in my opinion) the bare minimum requirements for a gym. The reason that this gym is worth the effort is the sense of community that is primarily driven by Tracey, Laura, and Brittany. These three ladies are encouraging, knowledgeable, and invested in your journey for fitness beyond what I would expect is required of their jobs. These ladies have supported me on too many occasions to count and the fact that I maintain a steady schedule is largely due to their encouragement and support. Gyms are a dime a dozen in Windsor; community like this is rare. Thank you to the mentioned 3 ladies and the rest of the wonderful staff that I failed to recognize. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their physical health.

after trying a few gyms around the area i decided on crunch, been going here for a couple years now and their equipment variety and price point is impossible to beat. the workers are always friendly and welcoming especially leon and jordan who are always amazing. cannot recommend this place enough!!

Best gym ive been too, started my weight loss journey here. I just want to thank the staff who are really helpful specially leon manning, such an amazing dude always helping me out and giving me tips always friendly has a smile on his face, literally solved every issues i had with my account, was really patient with me. I recommend this gym to everyone such a good place

This is an awesome gym. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. It's kept clean. If a machine is out of service, it is fixed within a reasonable time. If you're looking for a personal trainer, they are certified and tailor a program for each individual person. Laura is my trainer, and because of her, I'm lifting more than I ever thought I could. Highly recommend this gym.

to be honest i was quiet hesitant about the location and price but it was definitely worth it. there are bare baddies so the motivation factor and vibes are at an all time high. also shoutout leon manning for giving me tips on improving my form.

Crunch Fitness LaSalle is great. It is reasonably priced and has a friendly atmosphere. In my 6 months here I’ve lost 13 lbs and went from Diabetic to pre-diabetic (along with diet). I had a great trainer Laura set me up with a program that fits my specific needs. Most of the staff are very friendly esp Aaron, Bradley and Julia. Well sometimes some machines are broken for a bit longer than I would like, the lower costs balance it out.

Crunch is a great gym for students and 20-somethings who are on a budget but still want to have access to clean, easy-to-use equipment. The staff is always super friendly, too! I’ve been going here for 6 months or so, and I’m really happy with everything Crunch has to offer.

Only my 3rd real gym, Glad I joined here. Its been 2 years since my motorcycle accident, and with Covid not helping, its been a tough go. I am glad I can find my own way here, slowly. Tough at 59. Casual indeed. Looking forward to meeting some of the regulars at some point

I love the Crunch Fitness in Lasalle Ontario. Staff is so amazing. They always greet everyone with a smile and say good bye on the way out. They are always catering to the needs of the members. They are so kind and always explain in details what equipment to use that caters to one's goals. I'm planning to stay here for the rest of my life. Keep it up.

I love this gym. Just moved to this area about 1.5 months ago and the staff is very welcoming. Everyone. Leon. Julia. Jordan. Etc. I can name more. But friendly and uplifting environment with the staff and lifters too. As someone into powerlifting, I was pleased to see that they have all the equipment I need. Same if I were also doing bodybuilding style of training. I recommend.

I’ve been working out here for a while and Leon at the front desk always greets me with a smile and has exceptional customer service skills. Whenever ever I seem to hit a plateau in the gym he is always there to give advice to get my numbers up! Great guy!

I’ve been going to the gym since it opened as Wold gym. All the equipment is original. Equipment is often broken and doesn’t get fixed for months. I frequently bring WD40 to lubricate the machines as there is no maintenance done regularly. I often ask for tools to tighten up machines so they can work properly. The mens room often has water on the floor. There is a garbage bag up closing off the room where a sauna was suppose to be. The staff is very friendly. I will say the price is an attractive feature… but you get what you pay for

I started working out at the LaSalle location ever since it opened years ago. I find it very affordable and gym staff is very friendly and easy to approach for any inquiries. I find very motivating to workout because people are friendly and are willing to help when asked.

This gym has owed me 110$ for the past 2 years… I’ve canceled my membership 2 years ago in September and was told my last payment of around 22$ would come out in October so it came out and everything was fine. Then I was randomly charger 55$ at the end of October and another 55$ at the end of November with out my permission!!! So I called the gym back in 2020 and asked for a explanation, they filled the paper work for a return for both payments but it’s now 2 years later and I still never received anything I’ve called numerous times and they keep filling out paperwork for me to try and get a return but thy gym it self apparently can’t process returns? They keep saying head office will reach out to you and process you’re returns and I never got any phone call or email for the past 2 years!!! All I want is the 2 55$ Payments that came out of my bank account for no reason at all?! Crunch gym is a very unprofessional business that charges you money regardless of if you cancel your membership of not. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE.

This is an inexpensive and regular gym. There’s not much specialized equipment, but they have everything you could need. They have classes and a lot of cardio machines. The other machines are not all well kept but for the price it’s worth it. The staff are friendly and the hours are good!

Please clean the mold off of our water fountains, we need to hydrate and this is clearly unacceptable. It’s not a stain, I wiped it off with my nail. Come on now, this is basic hygiene.

Staff once said i have the whitest name they’ve ever heard. From a worker there named Daniel….ironic, anyways i also cancelled my membership which was impossible to do online of on the app you actually have to show up to the store and once I’ve cancelled it I’ve been charged twice since cancelling? Worst gym management I’ve ever seen

Good gym, staff is very informative and kind. Tyler and Leon did a great job of explaining how everything works at Crunch, I will definitely be returning to use the gym again! These two guys made the experience that much more comforting, as a person who doesn't like crowds and socializing. They made it very easy to want to come back!

During my time at crunch I’ve been fortunate enough to meet Leon. Leon has tremendous costumer service skills and is always willing to help. Many times Leon has given me great gym advice as well as ways I can improve my physical health whether that be workouts or nutrition advice. He always has great energy when working and someone who is very approachable. Leon is always looking to make your experience at crunch great. Amazing worker and even better person.

I've been a member of Crunch Gym - LaSalle for almost a year and have enjoyed my time at this gym. The location is convenient, with ample parking, making it easy to incorporate regular workouts into my busy schedule. The facility itself is well-maintained and clean. There are various types of gym equipment including dumbbells, bars, machines, cables and plenty of cardio machines to allow me to change up my workouts to keep challenging my body in new and different ways.
