Due
to
unforeseen
circumstances
could
not
continue
using
the
facility,
requested
to
freeze
account
until
Windsor
site
was
open.
Would
not
allow
to
freeze
account
unless
medical
issue.
Essentially
forcing
me
to
cancel
and
pay
out
contract.
Contract
does
not
mention
anything
about
criteria
and
as
you
can
see
in
the
snapshot
of
there
policy
online
no
details
either.
Wasn't
asking
to
stop
account,
simply
on
hold
and
once
site
I
could
use
was
open
finish
the
remaining
balance
(obviously
adding
the
months
on
that
were
on
hold)
of
my
contract
and
continue
with
Movati.
So
you
want
to
continue
as
a
Movati
member,
even
after
the
contract
is
over
but
in
order
to
do
so
you
need
to
cancel,
payout
the
full
balance
then
rejoin?
Requested
to
speak
with
GM
who
then
gets
the
supervisor
to
call,
place
on
speaker
phone
while
they
sit
in
background
never
discussing
it
personally.
Then
told
life
happens.
Received
email
with
cancel
form
and
indicates
0
balance
owing.
Told
later
that
that
was
"at
the
time"
it
was
issued.
No
details
on
remaining
balance
to
be
paid.
Then
told
its
on
another
site
as
you
cant
see
it
on
the
movati
site.(manage
my
account)
How
hard
is
it
to
put
the
balance
owing
on
the
cancellation
form?
Regional
manager
then
tells
me
Movati
does
not
allow
you
to
freeze
the
account
per
policy
and
if
I
resume
paying
this
facility
that
I
will
receive
a
"cafe
card"
once
Windsor
opened
and
began
using
that
facility.
I
then
ask
the
regional
manager
for
balance
owing
and
have
to
be
placed
on
HOLD
to
figure
it
out.
5
minutes
later
provides
a
balance
to
which
I
requested
in
writing
the
balance
owing.
Then
go
online
and
only
shows
balance
owing
since
issue
began
(for
what
had
been
accumulating
with
fees
charged)
but
not
total
balance.
So
if
Regional
manager
struggled
to
get
balance
to
be
paid
out,
the
supervisor
and
general
manager
cant
put
it
on
the
form,
the
expectation
is
the
member
should
know
about
some
other
site
to
find
balance
but
in
manage
my
account
it
fails
to
provide
it.
Legal
action
is
now
pending
as
a
result
of
having
a
signed
cancellation
form
with
balance
owing
of
$0
and
no
indication
of
policy
in
contract
signed
along
with
lack
of
criteria
in
attached
policy.
I
hope
"life
happens"
doesn't
occur
with
anyone
else
and
beware
that
there
is
no
concern
for
members.
