Front counter staff was super friendly and helpful when I was getting my membership.

Not one of the best maintained gyms. Usually have personal trainers on hand to show you how to use equipment or give you tips to improve your workout.

The members and staff at this gym are like family. Since the day I started going here in 2013 until now. Everyone is so caring. If you love group fitness or are looking for gym partners this is the place to be. We all cheer each other on and encourage each other to reach our goals. Tons of group fitness classes offered every week, and the personal trainers are some of the best out there. The manager and staff are very attentive as it’s a small gym. It’s always very clean here. There is a sauna and nice change room and showers to use as well. I also love the massage chairs to sit in when you are waiting for class. Recently the gym became 24hr open, so it’s even better. I can go whenever I want to use the equipment or do a virtual class.

The staff there had always been good to me. But there was no space to workout with the free weights or body weight. Everything was so crammed into a small space. Also I went for tanning 3 times a week for 4 months and barely saw a difference (I'm pretty pale something should have happened) so I'm guessing their machines or bulbs are pretty weak.

A decent variety of machines and equipment to choose from for the cost. Staff are friendly and no more or less pushy about promotions compared to any other goodlife location in Windsor. There are constant technical problems with their TVs, but they get their broken machines fixed quickly enough.

Loved the gyming experience, clean surroundings, very friendly efficient staff and abundant, well maintained equipment. Women- only gym makes it all the more fun
