This place is really crowded in the morning around rush-hour home again they’re really overpriced but they do have a nice selection of prepackaged meat sandwiches and fresh fruit and salads they are just over priced. The store owners and cashiers can be really rude sometimes, They over talk to you and brush you out of the store the nacho machine is dirty and they don’t really cleaned up as often as they should.

KEEP THE NACHO STAND STOCKED WITH CHILLI AMD CHEESE . Stay prepared y'all. Dude outside talking to two females and no chilli in the machine . He could have did it. Instead you waited until later and then we had to wait until it heats up. It's customer service. Make sure u always serve us well, and the profit margins for the size hours u recently closed early may see a influx of income. Then again, who reads these anyway?

Disgusting downtown location. It’s dirty, stays crowded, messy, and the employees don’t seem to care about anything. I’m assuming the only reason it stays open is because it’s in the heart of downtown. If you can, just avoid at all costs.

NOT open 24 hours!!!!! Drove here in the middle of the night to get pizza and they are CLOSED! If a business changes their hours, they need to update their hours with Google.

Store does not honor window advertising, takes advantage of intoxicated people leaving bars, clubs and sporting events. Rude and very unprofessional. I get that it's downtown Detroit but you chose to work or franchise this place treat people correctly or we can take our business elsewhere or not allow you to have a thriving business

I've bee to this location countless times and NOT ONCE can I say I was offered even one bit of good customer service. They barely speak English. Don't take customer customers serious to the point if they have to prepare something or retrieve from behind the counter, they will mess it up. And act as if it's you're fault. See for yourself

It's been since 2019 that I had my last visit here before moving to Nashville. To my knowledge, it's the only 7-11 store located in downtown Detroit. I've never had an issue with this store. The last time I went, I did see some Slurpee cups left behind from the previous customers and some liquid on the coffee counter. I just asked where the paper towel was and I did my part to help clean it up. The cashers are always so busy, so it's nice to do a good deed. I know people complain about homeless people, but that's any city or town you go to. Maybe helping those people out may not be that bad of an idea. It's not that hard to show compassion and empathy. Anyway, I love this location and will certainly visit on my next trip to Detroit!

Unpleasant Simpson people. They want you to wait while, as if you have anything better to do, the purpose of a public store is to serve the public. Nope! They think they care nothing about the community. Grandpa wanders through the store looking like a crazy man and the product is in his face! The son looks mad all the time , maybe hes mad because hes still a virgin? Close the store for good! Unprofessional, unfair, under the influence. Good bye Simpson people

It's good to know there's a Secretary of State kiosk in the store.

7-11 has a promotion where all their small slurpies as 1$ until December 31st. However, this over priced store has decided to eliminate all small cups from their store. Please do not support this store, there is a Speedway just two blocks up and another 7-11 a mile just past Chene.

I went in at 5:00 in the evening and the young man behind the counter looked like he had just woke up, nappy looking head dirty dinghy jacket on with stains on it. He was not paying attention to the customer he was on his phone three customers in a row. Terrible will not spend money there again and the killing part is I work within walking distance from your front door.

Furniture store looking for a charger just looking around your employee came up to me he said he's the manager but then he said he's a he owns the store telling me he was trying to help and he wasn't he was making sure I wasn't stealing nothing and I wasn't I got money I don't need to steal but you shouldn't do that to people that just coming in and watching them when it's a bunch of other people in the store I would never ever come back to the store ever again

Nice convenience store in downtown Detroit, well stocked and reasonably priced. Good mix of drinks, snacks, and prepackaged meals. Staff were friendly and quick to process checkout.

Good store with a lot of selections. Best coffee to carry out, more better than Starbucks. I love this store. They have a high variety of items.

One of the nastiest 7/11 stores I have been in. They will have 4 people behind the register and only one will be actually working, they keep the napkins behind the counter like someone is gonna steal the napkins but let all the slurped cups fall on the ground. If they know the person they will let them cut in front of you even if the line is very long. The place is overpriced anyway and always has homeless people in front of door. Please just go to the one on Jefferson or the one Anthony Wayne Drive.

😠 They say they’re open 24/7…. But they’re 24/7 whenever they feel like it.. half the time they’re closed. They open and close whenever the hell they want. Not professional… I took a Uber there just for them to be closed.
