    EDIT (6/21/2023): I pick and choose my battles. This $1.50 battle wasn't worth it. Instead, I have decided to shop at Meijer and other grocery stores, prepare my own meals at home, and I refuse to visit this location again with the exception of needing to visit here in order to not starve to death. I visited here on 07/21/20 at around 9:30pm. I asked for a Quarter Pounder Deluxe with Bacon, their 2B combo, with no ketchup/mustard/mayo, and a large meal size. Instead, I was ringed up for a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, their 2a combo, with extra bacon for $1.50. On top of that, the cook intentionally left off the bacon on my sandwich. While the manager on duty rectified the issue with me angrily sitting at the drive-thru window, and I did get my 3 small strips of bacon for $1.50 put on my sandwich, the manager on duty took my receipt to prevent me from accurately complaining. I will ensure that I get the names of the offending employee who overcharged me on my meal and the manager on duty who took my receipt to prevent me from complaining. The service at this location has deteriorated to the point where this particular location is best for getting cold chicken nuggets and cold fries. I took pictures of my poorly prepared sandwich. I added mustard to my sandwich when I got home, as I routinely fail to receive mustard on my sandwiches at this location whenever I ask for only mustard.

    Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Only reason I go back is location/convenience, and maybe a sliver of hope that they’ve restaffed. Without fail my order is either wrong, the staff is downright rude, or if I’m lucky, both!

    Ordered a quarter pounder then realized the bread was molded after I had already eaten half!! So gross! Sick to my stomach!!

    Great, fast and friendly service in downtown Detroit. Just a few blocks from Ford Field and Comerica Park NFL and MLB stadiums. Staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. Food was made hot and fresh. Quick preparation and everything we ordered was was correct and the exact way we wanted it. Everything was great! Clean restaurant and restrooms. Plenty of parking and seating along with an outdoor patio area, weather permitting. Highly recommend this McDonald’s if you’re in the Woodward, Midtown, Brush Park areas of Detroit!

    I'll never order a delivery from them again. I was so disappointed. They barely gave us fries plus they were cold. Cookies were old and hard. Just awful. No straws for drinks.I think it's just this McDonald's. My order always has problems even when I dine in.

    In all honesty I come to this McDonald's often and there is little to no problems at all but for the past week since I've been ordering from there after picking my spouse up for work I've been finding hair in my food I just bit into my McDonald's and pulled weave strands out of my mouth I don't really see people wearing hair nets in the restaurant to often and I don't complain but I should NOT be eating anybodies hair at all I felt the strands of where when I bit into it and saw the hair pull and it popped like a rubber banned☹ so I opened the burger and checked there were a few more strands melded into the cheese The lady who took my order and gave us the food was nice tho

    I came through the drive through and ordered a macchiato, large pop, and large fry. drive thru took a long time but that was okay. at the second window for them to give me my stuff she asked for my receipt. i handed it to her and she took it and said to pull up front and they’ll bring it out. i thought that was weird because it was just 2 drinks and fries. i pulled up front, waited 10 minutes, and went in to where i waited 5 more minutes. the workers were arguing with eachother so it took a while to get help. then when they finally asked me what i wanted i told them i’ve waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks and a fry. the person at the counter walked away, which i assumed was to get it for me, but i waited 10 more minutes until i heard her talk to the drive thru girl aboht the person she had pull around. she said she didn’t have anybody pull around. this was 25 minutes ago so she probably forgot but she literally kept my receipt so i had no way to prove it but they didn’t ask me so it was okay. i waited 5-10 more minutes with no help, no drinks, nothing and decided it wasn’t worth it. i’m not from there i was just picking up a friend who spent a week in a hospital and trying to get her something. easily the worst experience i have ever had in a mcdonald’s and all the workers arguing made it even more unpleasant. id give 0 stars if i could. to be fair, it was busy but i feel like it was only busy because they were arguing instead of helping people. waited about 45 minutes total for 2 drinks and large fry and didn’t even end up getting it. i took the $8 loss and went on my way. i wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. go to a different one

    Me and my aunt went inside for doordash there was a lady waiting outside (curbside) for large fries so she came in and she asked a worker and he said "You gotta ask them that's their job not mine" and not only that no one came to see us and didn't ask if we needed anything and kept their backs turned and NO ONE came to the front counter THIS IS RIDICULOUS GET BETTER STAFF THEN a worker walked by and didn't pay attention to NO ONE AGAIN a worker ALSO saw us and didn't ask us anything and the lady that was sitting at curbside was there for 10 MINUTES GET BETTER STAFF

    Was told that they opened the dining area at 7 so I waited fire 30 minutes outside instead of going back home to get my car to drive in the drive thru only for them to tell me that they open the dining room WHENEVER they get some people! HOW ABOUT change your hours to say that you only open when you get more people because wasting anyone’s time will surely create unnecessary stress with off putting employees acting as if you’re not talking to them and shrugging shoulders! Way too early in the morning for that mess! I stay one block away from there and will rather drive elsewhere then to ever go here again

    Where do I start. The lady doing the drive thru didn’t want to take two different orders from our car. Then when I ordered a qpc she yelled that I can’t have it because lack of lettuce. Then she asked a question, so I responded. Then she yelled at me she wasn’t talking to me at all and said NAHHHH IM NOT TALKING TO YOU. Then we received our order, they forgot my fries, ranch, two Holliday pies, drinks, straws. They forgot to make my chicken sandwich correctly. Im thankful they didn’t tow us. This drive thru lady needs some customer service training and need to apologize to customers for being extremely rude

    This store delivery service SUCKS! They NEVER MAKE MY ORDER RIGHT. EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM HERE I HAVE TO REQUEST MY MONEY BACK! Food is always cold and old and never made the way I ask! Complete waste of time and money. I really hope this store gets shut down very soon because the business is TRASH!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would give -100

    Had a couple of visits here - One was drive-thru experience where the cashiers were nice, but the dude doing the presenting was colder than the food he handed to me (and I didn’t get the sauces I paid for.) Another was an in-store pickup where the pop was more watery than the Detroit river. I get it if you are in a pinch but there are better at other places in the city.

    The staff and managers are extremely rude and short with the customers. And the atmosphere has soured due to that. It's also a very small space inside that makes it very difficult to move around in the restaurant in my electric wheelchair.

    Hello Detroit ; the service was quite good and fast , attendance was good , behind the registers was a very nice lady with a nice smile and an attitude that makes you feel like don't worry you're in good hands . This is my third time I have been to this same McDonald's location and I plan on going back 🙂 . In God we trust , and God bless America.

    Sometimes, I order cheeseburgers w no pickle and they just reheat an old one n take the pickles off w the bread still hard .. the lobby is open so, that's a plus though, good price fountain drink..

    I used pick up for the first time, instead of the drive through. I didn't get my meal for almost 15 minutes and when I got home, it was 10 piece nuggets meal, not the Big Mac meal I ordered. Very disappointing. The 15 minute wait wouldn't have upset me so much if my food would have been right.😊

    Very friendly team obviously working hard to fulfill orders. I get the impression they could use a little more support. There was a delay in ordering this morning, but not long, and the food came quickly after they were able to start taking orders.

    This the worst McDonald’s. No one seems to care. There is no emotional intelligence or customer service of any sort. They are nasty. A young lady who takes orders don’t know how to take orders she rude a$$ hell. She cursed me out because I told her, her customer service could be better. Told me to gtfo of the line. She needs to be fired. All these kids that work here don’t know how to do anything. Cursing at the customers? Are u serious. Then for weeks this store has not been making frappes or any fruit smoothies. What’s the deal?
