Detroit 75 is one of those places I’ve been going to for over 5 years but never wrote a review. Never had a bad experience or food. They took food truck culinary to another level. I’ve tried everything they offered and I love it. Food is always tasty. They make their own spicy ketchup which is delicious. My fav is Fridays for the fish sandwich! The shrimp po boy is so good. It’s seasoned and fried to perfection. The patio is setup to eat so we always do. The last time we took the dogs and they loved the fries! This is definitely a place you should a least try once.

Came here on a Friday evening and it was extremely busy!! The line moved very quickly, though. By the time we got there, they had run out of chicken shawarma and all the beef! We were very much looking forward to trying the famous Philly cheesesteak. So if you want to go, order online early or get to truck early. The cilantro fries and strawberry lemonade were delicious. My only complaint is that the bread used for the Atwater chicken sandwich is way too hard. It is a large sandwich and taking a bit was quite difficult. Fish sandwich was good, not particularly great.

Everything you've heard about this place is true. Good food, friendly staff and there customer base seem to be the nice chill type. They've certainly upgraded the decor from my first visit when they first opened up. My first time having the walleye and it was tasty! I typically go for the shrimp po-boy and cilantro fries. My date had the chicken tenders and cilantro fries. Not sure if anybody noticed, but the ketchup is seasoned and I'm not sure if it always was that way but it was good. The lemonade I wish came in a larger cup. We drove an hour each way and it was worth it! Let's be clear, I-75 is hell so normally the drive wouldn't be this far. We had a friendly grasshopper join us, scared the heck outta me and the other guests thought it was funny. It was a good laugh 😃

If you're in or around Metro Detroit, this is the only food truck worthy of your business. My friends at @detroit75kitchen are not only amazing people, but their food is hitting on all cylinders. Today, I ordered the Po' Boy with fries and their killer strawberry lemonade. Service was nothing short of a 10. Let's be honest. It's always a 10. The Po' Boy was jammed packed with flavor. Their remoulade bombs in it. Shrimp was fried to perfection, and the roll was grilled up right. I give it a 9.7. It's a 10 all day with a tad more salt and pepper. The garlic cilantro fries are a hit. They're fresh hand cut fries. They're an 8.2. With more crispness and some salt, they go much higher. The strawberry lemonade was a 10. It had tons of flavor, small pulp, but not much. It wasn't overly sweet, just the right balance.

I had the wings and they were fantastic. Had just the right amount of spice. I only wish it came with more than 3 wings. The fries were great as well. I bought a fish sandwich for my brother. (Pictured below)

Today I decided to try this food truck. I called in my order the first time when I wasn’t able to order online. The call was breaking up so they decided to place me on hold. When I called back after about 10 minutes or so had to speak to a woman who was very rude and unprofessional. I explained to her that I was trying to call in my order because of the online ordering not working. She then says that they can’t take over-the-phone orders. I told her that I had called not that long ago and they told me that I was going to be placed on hold until they can fix the phone. So I ask if there’s another way or person I can speak to. She gets real frustrated and says that I will have to come there in-person to place the order. I’ve heard many great things about this food truck and I’ve also heard about the short tempered rude people who work here as well. Although the food was delicious especially the BBQ chicken egg rolls this was my first time coming here and most definitely will be my last.

Tool a 45 minute drive to come here and it was well worth it! We got the Fisher Fwy Fish sandwich w/ fries and a Chicken Shawarma which were both delicious! Seasoned perfectly, great sauces but not sloppy, and the bread never got soggy. We also got fattoush salads and strawberry lemonade. The veggies tasted like they were from a garden! I love when people know how to mix the right flavors together! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend! Sorry I didn't get pictures of everything.

10/10 recommend!! So worth the drive to get this delicious food: 3rd Street Detroit Philly, Shrimp Po' Boy, Atwater Chicken, BBQ Chicken Egg Rolls and all the fries are amazing! Will definitely be back for more!

Heard so much about the food on social media. Glad they finally opened at the old Sears store at Oakland mall close to me. Finally tried but quite disappointed. Chicken wings and strips were very dry. The most disappointing we’re the cilantro fries. They were so soggy from the grease. At first glance I thought they were Chinese noodles. I was really hoping they would be crispy. They were more like shoes string size. The Philly steak sandwich were just ok. The buns were toasted but ended up being hard. Strawberry lemonade was good. Overall this might be one and done. Spent for than $50. Will try one more time. Probably because this location just opened and hopefully they’ll get the kinks out. Be prepared to wait since it’s new and many will want to check it out. We waited at least 30 min.

A couple things to note.. the wait is a little longer if you order the more popular menu items (roughly 40 minutes for us) and parking is minimal as the truck is in the side lot of a gas station. However none of that really matters because the food is so good! Everything we got was absolutely amazing😍 Definitely one of the best food trucks I have had.

Great food truck, great service, and it didn't take too long to get our food. The Detroit Philly was really good, but the Corktown BBQ Beef was excellent. I'd totally get it again. The garlic cilantro fries are addictive and so was the jalapeno ketchup they serve with it. Nice outdoor seating area.

Super cute spot!! Totally worth the stop on our way to Belle Isle :) Got the fattoush salad, the seafood empanadas, the Detroit cheese steak sandwich, and two strawberry lemonade. Just beware of the bees or wasps.

Detroit 75 Kitchen has some of the best fish I have ever had. The food is always fresh and on a Friday after work this is the place to pick up an order. The staff are always pleasant and seem like family. I read one of their post on IG a while ago entitled "Why We Close on the Weekend." The post spoke to humanity, caring about employees and family, and putting the much needed home life balance into perspective. In the crazy times we live in I think it is truly amazing that this type of care and concern for employees, families, and community is still present. #Detroit75

It's a Detroit coney island restaurant with less options and similar or higher prices that serves shawarmas that's inside of a truck at a gas station. I don't see what all the fuss is about. Sure, it's decent and acceptable, but I wouldn't call it "the best," as they tout. I'll swing by here if I'm driving by and in a hurry, but I'd rather support a family owned neighborhood coney restaurant. Also, the sauces you get are the tiniest I've ever seen and they charge 75 cents for them, what's up with that?! Regardless, I'm still glad it's here and is an option. 3 outta 5 stars! I'd do 4 out of 5 if the place wasn't so stingy with sauces, you can really tell they're hoarding it lol.

Hands-down, this place deserves a solid 100 million percent rating for the best sandwiches in the Metro Detroit area! Every sandwich here is a knockout, leaving you as stunned as a magic show. The atmosphere, the vibe, and the friendly staff are top-notch, and Chef Mike is an absolute magician when it comes to crafting these extraordinary flavors. Highly recommend!

Went here because of the hype and beautiful looking food on social media. And owner seems super cool and down to earth, respectful of employees life and treats everyone fairly. All good things I want to support a business in, A+ for that. I came for lunch after Jummah visiting Detroit with friends. Unfortunately, it felt like I was being a bother to the employees while placing an order, and messed up my name. Which wouldn’t be a big deal, except we were waiting for a longgg time with people coming and going after us. I kept trying to make eye contact, The employee never motioned to me my food was ready, wouldn’t have been her fault if she got my name right (I said it multiple times when ordering while they were deep in Convo lol). I got the sense she had done her simple task of saying the name on the loudspeaker when the food was actually ready and that was that. This ended up everyone being slightly warm / room temp. The atmosphere was nice at least and was not too busy. I had high expectations going in because of the online videos and the way everything looks but the food was mediocre at best, got the Shrimp Po Boy and Detroit Style Philly cheesesteak. Both were fairly flavorless IMO, just needed a little more salt or something. They don’t do any changes / substituting so what you see is what you get. Cilantro fries were good. I could excuse all this if they were in other parts of the country purely because they’re halal and I’m used to NYC prices. But there are cheaper and better options all around the area here in Detroit / Dearborn. It’s likely why my family was hesitant to recommend this place for lunch.

Chef, You are doing it right! I love your view on giving your employees the weekend off! I love that you can't change the sandwiches. To me everything that comes on the sandwich belongs there because the flavors compliment each other. The vibe is awesome. Seriously the sandwich I had was amazing. I drove all the way from GR to visit and couldn't have been more pleased!! I dislike ketchup but your jalapeno ketchup was the bomb! Please keep it up, you are doing an amazing job!

Hands down the best sandwich i ever had its fully loaded the quantity is more than enough for a person and the taste of meat was so good and even the bread was so crispy. Special mention to their garlic cilantro fries with home made sauce. The lemonade was good. I almost tried each and every item in the menu you are in near detroit and you don’t visit this your gonna regret it.

On the way back from Canada, we decided to stop by for lunch. Husband was impressed with the reviews and excited to try it. We enjoyed everything. It was made to order and tasty. The shawarma sandwich was delicious. The sauces were delicious. I am a cilantro and garlic fan, so it was amazing. Husband not a cilantro fan so he enjoyed it but mentioned it. Kids enjoyed the chicken strips. Super cute outdoor seating. Flowers are all pretty, just attractive to bees as well.

Man...this was my first time there and I'm elated. Food was amazing. Touch free menu 1 drink choice (strawberry Lemonade) so they kept it simple. I will definitely be back to try their other menu items. I had the Philly cheese teak and I believe for a first timer it's a perfect choice. Full of flavor, only issue I have is the bread will eff the roof of your mouth up lol. But it's freaking delicious! Comes with cilantro fries with sea salt...man. that's all I can say. MANN that was good. I Def left full. The guy next to me was like" welp that screwed up my whole workout" lol. It's an outside food truck so be mindful of the weather...but yea I'll Def be back!

Food was very good, especially the strawberry lemonade!! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place! Only one very small complaint; not being greeted when I approached the truck. It was my first time and the lady kinda just looked at me. I chalked it up to maybe she was cold becauseit's a food truck. She smirked when I tipped her though. I will be back!

This place has been on my place for quite some time and I finally made my way to SW Detroit! I ordered online via their website but you could also order at the window or via DoorDash or Caviar. I ordered online because it was cold. Anyways.. I love a good fish sandwich so I tried their lent special which was a fish sandwich but I upgraded to the premium fish, the Lake Erie Walleye. I also added the habanero sauce. Such a great choice! Super delicious. I also ordered the shrimp as a side which was also very good. I didn’t order the fries which I’ve heard great reviews about, but will get them next time!

I’ve had them plenty of times and the food has always been consistently well, but today the sandwich bread was almost solid as a rock, hurt the roof of my mouth. In terms of taste, 10/10 and good quality. Very unique spot and nice outdoor seating area. The egg rolls are absolutely amazing.

Very generous portions and their food is very solid. Everything was fresh, and they were able to accommodate one of my requests which I really appreciated. Would come back to try some of their other options.

Great food! Detroit 75 has the BEST artisan sandwiches in Detroit. Think about it: why go to fast food when you could get a delicious, freshly cooked artisan sandwich and fries?! I love the Garlic Cilantro Fries and freshly squeezed strawberry lemonade, too. Make sure you go on Fridays to get the fish sandwich! Also, they have wonderful customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And the owners always greet the customers and engage in friendly conversation. That's truly hard to find. Thank you!

A forever-busy Detroit classic! Great sandwich options for every kind of person! Pros: great food, good portion size, fast service, Cons: located next to a gas station, it can be easy to miss and the parking situation can be overwhelming at first but rest assured there are plenty in the bac Pro tip: order ahead online!! We did and had no wait for our food even with about 15 people in line!
