First of all I waited in line for 25 minutes and when I ordered my food she was very rude telling me they had no chicken tenders left and someone in the background said yes we do so I got my tenders and thi is what they look like

I ordered online. They didn't give me all my food, and the bag was tied shut so i couldn't see. I probably won't go there again. Sorry 😐

The young lady Kelly that takes orders over the drive through speaker is AWESOME! She was very pleasant, and patient while assisting me as I placed my order. My husband and I were pleased with our meal as well. They are allowed to accept tips so I left her one. When you encounter awesome customer service please show appreciation with a compliment or a tip. Those willing to provide us with that beautiful service deserve to be rewarded and acknowledged. Keep up the good work KFC Team and Kelly You’re the Bomb! 😄🙏🏾

This store deserves ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This location used to be decent. My visit was today 8-2-2021 of course drive thru. There was 1 car ahead of me. I ordered 2 chicken pot pies. I pull up to the window and the nasty employee, RUDELY YELLED OUT WHILE FLAPPING HER HANDS, " you need to pull back". After I waited approx 1-2 mins. I pull ahead and asked why I couldn't pull up. She RUDELY applied, "you can pull up now, it's no big deal" followed by drive thru time is going. I was the only person in line. I seen how she rushed the car in front of me. The lady walked away, then the manager came and assisted with her rude self. She allowed her rude employee to talk trash in the background to a customer. The alleged shift manager refused to give me their names. I get the whole drive thru time, however; the nastiness was not NECESSARY!! Yall better learn how to talk to people, or someone gonna show you! If you don't like your job, learn a trade or go back to school.!!!!

I purchased one cold item,had to wait until three other customers purchasing food that had to be cooked, were served before me. My order set on the counter near the window where prepared orders are given to customers.

Unable to enter store. Had to wait an extended amount of time for 4 chicken nuggets. The pot pies that I bought were dry and seemed old. All around poor experience. But, hey at least the nuggets were fresh!

Hot Wings were old, hard and deep fried again. I told the human I wanted fresh wings. The human told me they'll just give me a refund. I was going to work.

Food was good. Service mediocre ask for honey never got. Always check order before you leave.

first of all the lady was rude af! And they did the most over my side and still forgot to put it in the bag and I was on my way to work so they really inconvenienced me! And my whole day!

Ordered big box. 1 of 2 sides, no sauces, no silverware, no straw. Chicken was good though.

They staff can not read after returning my order they still messed it up. I will never return. The customer service was horrible and the manager needs better training.

I went here a few days ago and ordered a chicken sandwich combo for $7.49, I used my card and $10.13 was token off my card, these people are scammers don't use your card at this place and never got my money back on my card even after telling them. I've never go here again.

Their customer service is the worst. I placed an order with doordash. They accepted the order , After an hour they made the driver stand in the line for 20 minutes and then they said they don’t accept any more orders from doordash that night. Made me wait for a one hour and thirty minutes and the driver for 20 minutes and then we had to cancel the order. The worst customer service ever. No wonder they have such a low rating and it will only get worse. I will never ever order from them again.

Manager came to window and told me not to pull up to window until my food gets finished and then she wanted me to pull up to the window. That is so strange I guess so the drive thru times is faster than they really are doesn’t make no since. I sat for about 8 minutes until she told me I can pull up to the drive Thur get it together kFC and managers

The lines are always long, the service is slow and the customer service is subpar. This sandwich however is delicious and sweet as hell! Lol ! That paired with my sweet tea and I’ll soon to be in a diabetic coma...

Doors are open but not taking inside orders must be a doordash to walk in and pick up no drive thur needed

If you decide to visit make sure you arrive an hour and a half before closing. The web site states closing time is 9 pm. I arrive at 8:20 and they were closed.
