It's always something wrong... Tonight I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe sandwich, fries and drink (extra ice). My sandwich was old, the tomatoes were soft/wilting, the lettuce was non existent. The fries were ok. The tea was sweeter than normal w/no extra ice... Terrible!

They rush you to order your food so they can get back to their boring life on their phones In and having a conversation with each other, To serve you poor service. How you put the fry container in the Box with no fries

This McDonald's is horrible. I ordered two filet o fish meals. One of my sandwiches had a dot of tartar sauce the size of a dime. The other had none at all. They didn't have coke zero so they gave me a regular coke. I only drink sugar free soda because I am diabetic. When I explained this to the worker at the window she was very rude and shut the window in my face. When she came back she gave a diet coke that I requested and mumbled something then shut the window in my face again. The teenagers that McDonald's hire are the rudest people I have ever seen.

Staff was on their job at this McDonald's the lines were long and they were moving us quick the food was good warm it was good it was a great experience I highly recommend the airport Merriman Road McDonald's

2nd time and disappointed...I've been here and they don't answer their drive thru I'm here at 10:40pm today waiting becuz it say they are close at 11pm u need to get better staff instead of them getting paid to be on the clock and not doing anything. The first time I came everything I asked for they supposedly didn't have and I'm guess it's because they were being lazy and didn't want to make it. If u don't want to work plz sit down at home and leave it up to the real hard workers to make they money. And if it's closed before 11pm u need to update ur times.

Worker too busy on her phone couldn’t give us the right food. I don’t get how hard to do your job and ring up the food. Seriously??….A 5 year old could do it. Literally need to consider hiring better people and not teenagers whole can’t do their job right.

Terrible customer service. Mainly from the, what I believe is the store manager Ms. Hall. She is extremely rude, and is completely clueless about what is, and is not allowed in the store.

Just not what it used to be. I never cared about the burgers to dry and the fries are not the same. Used to be the BEST FRIES around....hands down!

The sign says lobby open at 6 am. I go there at 7:30 and it’s still locked. I look through the window and see a bunch of kids sitting at the tables joking around

I just went to your location placed my order at the kiosk no number or receipt was given Had to ask if order was even received. Finally received order Food cold (big mac & fries) Chicken nuggets are ok but no sauce given so we can’t enjoy anything Id choose other places to eat if i was you

This past Saturday night i visited. To be fair they were clearly short staffed. I believe only 2 workers it looked like but i could we wrong. I say by the speaker unable to order while the other line moved. I discovered the microphone was so quiet i couldn't hear the lady untilthe other people were gone. I thought i did and asked if they were speaking to us and was ignored. They never did respond until someone else pulled behind us. They actually ignored me. I didn't leave because my friend needed to eat. It took us over 40 minutes to get 2 mcchickens. My friend was really hungry and it looked like it may have been good but i will be very unlikely to ever return.

No complaints.. Employees were nice, and service was fast

Place is trashed, everything is covered in grime. Every has the earphones in so they cant hear you. People are sitting on the food counter with their backs to you playing on their phones. Clearly there is no management here. Where is corporate??

Waited 4 minutes at drive thru (with no one in front of me) for someone to ask my order over the intercom. Seeing car after car behind me leave. Not surprised.

I pulled up at 615am and they open at 6am and set for 5minutes with no answer then I pulled to the window and the young lady told me that there was no manager there so they can’t open til 7am. 24hrs need to be removed if they can’t keep staff in there

I was amazed at the efficiency. The food was also fresh and hot. The ladies here are on their job doing a great job.

Idk why yall hand coffees thru the drive thru that ain't stirred. You want all us to pull over to stir our drinks so they dont taste like garbage?

I used the drive thru. The service was professional and fast. My order was correct. My food was hot and fresh.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. They close early and do not even answer the drive-thru or tell you that they are closed. Remarkable waste of my time. Highly highly recommend you seek service elsewhere.

I go to McDonald's now for their fish sandwich my husband loves the fish sandwich. But I'm a little nervous about eating the meat because some of the Jewish people claim that they put human meat in their McDonald's burgers.so I'm always a little skeptical on enjoying a quarter pounder and a Big Mac like I used to. But I'll always love their fries that I'm still a little skeptical of eating but Life goes on

It's a wonderful cozy place , find room for the children with TV monitors with children programs displayed on them. An adult area with the local stations playing on the TV. Very convenient and cozy

The food was warm. By the time I arrived home (7 minutes away) it was cold. But the people working were nice.
