Customer service was great over the phone and in person. Ill start off by pointing out the dirtiness of the store. As you walk in you can tell the lobby and kitchen area gets cleaned only when they close if that. Very nasty and does not look good at all. My experience with kosher places of business has been amazing all these years until this place. Normally they are very clean and the food doesnt mess you up at all. I ordered 2 gluten free pizzas. The first had anchovies and red onion, the second had ground beed and green peppers. None of the 2 pizzas were cut into slices🤔. Both were burned around the edges. The anchovies tasted good but the other pizza had a very wierd taste. As soon as i finished both pizzas i spent the next 6 or 7 hours running back and forth to the bathroom. I dont know what happend but this place should have the city come and inspect their store. I appreciate them having gluten free as an option but whatever i experienced was NOT a good feeling at all.

Attempted to get pizza here years ago. But didn't like how I was talked to over the phone. Today, it's was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Everyone was polite, & friendly. Vegan BBQ Chicken Pizza was soooo good. Glad I gave it another shot. 🔥🔥🔥 (Be sure to ask for light vegan cheese tho)

Very nice people food was delicious I recommend this anybody who wants a very delicious pizza or just a very healthy salad they salmon is absolutely amazing you should try it and I don't get paid to say this I get paid to pull baddies LOL

I have been a customer of Jerusalem Pizza and its owner Brian Jacobs, the King of Kosher, for many years - since the beginning. The pizza is excellent as are the sandwiches, soups, chili, and pretty much everything on the menu. There is tremendous variety and creativity on the menu, and I've never had anything that wasn't very good to excellent. There are many kinds of very interesting pizzas and toppings you won't ever find anywhere else. Brian is a mensch and he, his wife, Rivka, and staff are very nice and professional. They treat everyone with respect. It is a pleasure to patronize this establishment. You will never be disappointed. I have never had a single bad experience in many, many years of ordering from this restaurant. I've been a customer for at least two decades, probably more. And I've even had business meetings with clients there. You will be happy you tried this place. Great kosher food and just plain great food in its own right. You don't have to be Jewish to eat there. (For vegans and vegetarians, they have mock meat and chicken toppings that are animal-free. BBQ chicken!)

I'm in LOVE! I just had the most FANTASTIC Lox bagel sandwich. I've been enjoying bagels for 35 years and I can truly say this was the best lox I have ever had. It was incredibly fresh. I was so excited to eat it I forgot to take a picture. It was enjoyed in 5 minutes. It seriously was so so so so good. I highly recommend it. This is a WONDERFUL business. Everyone behind the counter was so friendly! Awesome customer service. I can't wait to be back. This will now be my go-to spot. 💙💙💙💙 I'm obsessed!!! Update - I stopped in and got a lox on a bialy and a salt stick - absolute perfection again!!

This restaurant is absolutely spectacular. I loved their calzones. As a vegan I asked for their Dayia Cheese, Vegan chicken, Extra Mushrooms, and no egg wash. They did not fail to disappoint. I’m full and still craving more. The service was amazing. They listened to my accommodations and helped me as needed. I will definitely be checking out this location in the future I highly recommend you do the same.

I really wanted to like this place but omg the pizza is SO bad. I’ve never tasted a pizza sauce as terrible as this one. I couldn’t even eat more than a slice, and I only finished the one slice to make sure I actually disliked it as much as I did. In addition, the pizza is super salty. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

This is a great, family owned, old style pizza restaurant. Decor is a bit dated but the food is solid. My wife particularly loved her personal pizza. The cheese sticks were by far our favourite part of the meal. They were 10/10. Very different to the classic style mozzarella sticks but amazing.

Excellent kosher pizza. They have some breakfast items and make bagels daily. Salads are good, nice portions size and decent mix of veggies in the salads. Take-out only, they removed tables so there is no eating on site.

Myself and many of our friends are vegetarian, so this is our go-to for good pizza. The sheer number of standard pizza options and choices of vegetarian meats makes this a must for veggie and veggie-curious folks alike. Will definitely be coming back.

It’s Amazing And The Pizza My Brother Can’t Nonstop Like It’s His Favorite And The Breadsticks Are So Good And Any Size Milkshake And Ice Cream All So Good And It’s Oh So With Any Size And When You Don’t Do It On The Phone And Come To The Store They Look For One That You Could Have And If It’s Milkshake Or Ice Cream They Get It And It’s Starts Early 7PM!!!!

Fantastic! I love bagels and pizza and when you combine them with vegan toppings, well that’s the best. Awesome variety and friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend.

Nice whole in the wall type of place. Food was tasty. Wish there was more seating available - half of us had to eat standing up.

They need to do better. I could have just picked up a bag salad. Presentation was awful a handful of eggsalad and maybe 8 garbanzo beans covered with a bag salad. No fresh onion cucs or tomatoes on top. Oh, sorry there were 2 Cucumbers and one broken red onion ring. Uggghhh.coukdnt believe it. Service was the only thing pleasant.

It feels great to find a kosher spot when coming from out of town. The pizza was tasteful, big size for a personal pie and decently priced.

I've had the honor of knowing the owner of this establishment for almost 20 years. Brian has made sure that his employees and family keep the integrity of the food served and the cordial and wonderful "know you by name" attitude alive and well. If kosher food is on your to do list in Southfield (and it should be), you've gotta come and meet Brian, his family, and staff (even though they're all family).

Best bagels in town. No wait for bagels on Sunday morning. Pizza is off the charts . Highly recommend this for anyone who wants some good real food.
