The service was terrible... the people waiting for a table in front of me got up and seated themselves. it took forever to get someone to serve us once we did get seated. The waiter forgot my net after asking 2 times...I would stay away!

Went after church with family today. It was about 10 of us. We were seated promptly. I got the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp and potatoes, the boneless wings and a Margarita. The good was surprisingly good. The service was great.

This location has some of the best food of any Applebees that we’ve ever had. This is how it’s supposed to taste!

Food is always good. But for some reason they are always understaffed. I’ve been going here for years and for the past 2 it has always been the same bartender with HORRIBLE customer service and sanitation skills. After watching him cash out a customer on the touch screen, go straight to making drinks, and in the process PUTS HIS FINGERS IN 2 DIRTY CUPS TO MOVE THEM before putting the straws in the drinks he was previously making …I wish I would’ve recorded. I would never drink there again if he’s there. He doesn’t even SPEAK to customers and walks around like he hates his job with no facial expressions. I NEVER even feel bad for not tipping… For a better experience always grab a table and don’t get drinks from the guy with dreads unless you want to get sick or have a strong immune system.

Dine in on 3-16-23 at 7pm. Place was empty. Greeted by 2 greeters. Neither one acted like they wanted to be there. Told there was a 15 min wait.Waited 20. Had to wait 10 min. for waitress to take drink order. Waited 10 min. to get drinks. Took our order. Simple burger and fish dinners. 25 min .later food came. Asked 3 times for silverware. 10 min. later we got it. Took over 15 mi. to get bill. Worst place ever. Close this location. Nobody wants to work. Everyone had an excuse for the problems they had.

If I could give zero stars I would. I will never visit this Applebee's again. If good customer is what you desire you definitely will not receive it here and good is the bare minimum. After a hard day of work I came to the bar for something quick to eat an a drink. If you are not a regular you are not greeted an you will be served last. This bar tender not only took three guests ahead of me she didn't even acknowledge me an when I called her out on it she told me she grown. So I said okay an I left. What she didn't know is I spend at least 6500 a year in that particular location. That may not seem like a lot but to me it's enough to realize my money is best spent elsewhere.

Absolute lovely bartenders, very attentive, energetic, and sweet. The food was delicious and well-prepared. Definitely plan to be back! Talia and Cre did a great job taking care of us. :)

Have ordered drinks many times husband said they told him since it was a carry out it could only be filled this high! We been ordering drinks for a long while never was told this, always been full! They should be glad my husband picked it up, I would have left it. This is his favorite place, not mine. We will go back to the Allen Park one. Classic burger had no lettuce no nothing, calling manager now! And district! Not happy.

Our waiter kept forgetting our refills and anything else we asked for. My husband had to go up to the bar to ask for drinks. We were there over an hour before our food came. They gave him the wrong side and the waiter didn't bring the potatoes until my husband was almost done eating his steak. The texture of my steak was giving pressed steak not real ribeye. I had to slather it in steak sauce to eat. My garlic mashed potatoes were beige looking and tasted nothing like garlic. I ended up feeling sick. The service was terrible and the food was terrible. The ladies bathroom was also nasty. Someone should clean the doors and walls of the stalls.

OK for an Applebee's, but not the greatest we've been to. Our server was super sweet and was trying his best, but he was kind of slow on bringing us our drinks and food. Our food wasn't hot, but warm, so I think it may have sat under the warmer for a bit. The French onion soup was the best!

Service here is absolutely terrible. Stood at the door for 7 minutes before anyone greeted us and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Then after we were greeted no one ever came back to Seat us. I will never go back here...

The food was just okay - slightly above a fast food place - somethings were undercooked while others were overcooked - same with the seasoning. The service was Super Slow!!! The atmosphere was pleasant but the air conditioning was way too cold and made it uncomfortable to truly relax and enjoy our time. If everyone wanted to go there, I would join them, but I wouldn't select it.

Always a great place to unwind. Meet up with friends, catch a game, and find your favorite songs on the digital jukebox app at Applebee's in Southfield. The food and drinks are always good and the servers are really cool. The bartenders, Talia and Steve, are hardworking and humorous. If you happen to catch her while she's not ripping and running holding everything down, you'll even get some laughs out of the manager, Holly. Their menu has a nice selection and they have plenty of specials, if you're looking to get out the house but not blow the bank.

On our way home from the airport, I wanted to grab some food before driving over 2 hours home. We stopped and the food was fantastic. The manager Rick, asked how were doing, very polite and nice.

So I came there for Veterans Day meal. We had a big group, so some of us were standing, so the waitress said she needed us to be seated so she would know who's eating. We sat there, and she said she would be back... well, SHE NEVER CAME BACK! We NEVER GOT TO EAT. It was only about 3 of us that needed to order. We mentioned it to another waitress SEVERAL times, but she was never able to get the waitress to come back. We ended up leaving without getting food. We come every year and never had this problem, even if we were standing. We have never tried to get extra food and were always able to just let a waitress know where we were sitting, and they would take our order and get our food. This was very disappointing, and as a veteran, I felt like we were treated poorly.

Latalia is an awesome Server in the Bar. She always acknowledges us as regular customers. We've been coming here since June 2022 and she's amazing! Please recognize her stellar guest service! She deserves it!

Thank you to my server Veronica . She served my family and I and made us feel welcome and at home. She went above and beyond making my kids feel comfortable as we waited for our food as the restaurant was busy. Definitely will be back again to sit in her section

From the moment we arrived it was a fantastic experience. Our waitress Veronica was extremely helpful in our selection. Her attitude was refreshing and very friendly. I ordered the chicken wonton tacos. Let me tell you, I have ordered this dish before and never have I had such a perfect plate before today! The eye appeal was exquisite! The flavor was fabulous 👌. I had Andre the kitchen manager come out to complement him and his cook Chris on such a wonderful plate of food. My husband had the Buffalo boneless wings and he really enjoyed them as well. I had a very great time they had a very nice atmosphere! They had some good service and was nice to my table and my family. It didn’t take any longer to get seated then any other restaurant. I think this Applebees is a great place to take your family or friends and have a nice time out for fun and enjoyment

Our bartender lecretia was amazing , great personality , very attentive and made us smile !! Drinks were delicious, Food was hot and very fresh ! 10 across the board !!!
