Waited nearly 35-40 minute's for 2 shawarmas. Order #118. Staff was on their phones, we watched people who came in after us get their food before us. Asked for extra vegetables, I got plenty of onions but what about the tomatoes and pickles??? My husband was charged for it.

The food is usually good but the customer service is terrible and the wait is very long. Parking is a headache because of their location. And if you're wondering what that silver thing is on the lid, it's a staple. Yes, a staple. Not the first one I've found in my food at that location. At least I didnt bite this one!! I'm very cautious and aware of how I chew and I try to fork over the food before eating to check for inedible objects.

I love Bucharest but I do not like this particular location they continue to burn my chicken every time and I’m sure it’s not just me how can I enjoy my food if all I taste is the burnt. Like omg this is the last time they will mess up for me like I’m literally on my lunch break picking burnt chicken out my salad 🤢 that doesn’t taste good at all I can’t ignore this issue

This was very Disgusting!!😡😤😡I wasted 30 bucks on over salty there was no veggies and greasy garbage yes I said it!! The cook in the evening makes the best salad and shawarmas it's not salty or greasy at all!! But who ever you have during the day fire him asap!!! She or he are going to get this restaurant sued!!!!!

Nice atmosphere, very efficient and quick service. I didn't wait long in line nor for my food. Food was yummy. I had a veggie shwarma, and fries. Only thing that threw me off was that I thought it was going to be warm but either way it was really good.

Very disappointed in this restaurant. I got mostly crumbs for my “pita chips on the side and a burnt shawarma stick. They usually forget to give me the pita chips.

Great service with the staff. First time that my buddy had their food and was impressed. The wait was 40 minutes but was worth it. It's been a while since I've had their food. I have high hopes that they open a location in Dearborn.

Came here for Friday lunch and ordered 2 buch shawarmas and they were delicious! Chicken was grilled perfectly and still very juicy. The sauce was delicious. But the best of all was the pickles! Crunchy but not salty, the best pickles I have ever tasted.

Everything was great. Service was quick, I also got me and my coworker chocolate cake from the baker that has a stand set up inside the business. All right, came here yesterday, great experience, now Sunday, absolutely the worst service ever. The staff literally stood talking on their phones for ten minutes. I finally asked about our food and every staff member just stared at us like we were stupid. I took a picture but it looks like someone could potentially be working but I can tell you they weren't. Sunday the 27th, of August, 12:50 pm. The owners need to look at the surveillance system at that time and teach these lazy, horrible staff members a lesson on customer service

I went here June 29th 2022 to grab me and my son some lunch and got sick son was in the hospital with food poison. Went to social media they said they don't clean. I use to love it but not anymore. We still don't feel our best 😪. Do better y'all come on now.

I was there just for thr Cake Lady. I didn't have food. I did see quite a few customers though. I was visiting from Atlanta and went in with my Sister to pick up cake.

This restaurant was very popular and busy on a weekday lunchtime. The chicken Shawarma wrap was nicely done and a good portion size.

The customer service couldn't have been less welcoming. There were several patrons waiting for their orders while the cashiers and kitchen staff didn't move a muscle. I stood there without being asked anything and decided to leave after several minutes. The parking situation has also consistently been a problem to where I would go out of my way to any of the other locations.

Im from NYC and I tasted the Lamb Schwarmas here are off the hook! Hummus is tasty. Solid healthy food here and tasty. Not a fan of the veggie and chicken schwarma tho. The customer service is great! Thank you Kayla, Justin, Josh, Jason, Vaughn, and another two young ladies at the front counter taking orders on the night of Nov. 20th around closing time. Great job!

Chicken shawarma salad was tasty, fresh and filling‼😊😊 the large is definitely enough for 2 people OR eat some now n save some for later ‼😊😀😉

Really digging the vibe here at the Bucharest Grill. It was our first time and Micah, who took our order, was so cool- great smile and super patient with us, as she explained the menu. Very excited to have this as our neighborhood spot for Eastern European food.

YUMMMM Hallelujah!🙌🏼 This was a DoorDash order and it was perfect from start to finish. The chicken was so flavorful and juicy. The lettuce was fresh and well chopped- Fresh veggies- yummy dressing- Unlike so many places that overdo the chicken where it’s dry and flavorless -this place nails it! I ordered a small side of hummus and it was delicious. The extra side of pita bread was fresh and chewy. So worth the 🤑 this was lunch and dinner. I can’t always afford to do DoorDash but as a special treat this will be one of my go to‘s-

The Livernois location is my favorite location! The food is always fresh, whether I pick it up or order delivery! The portions are generous. I have been going here for years & will continue

The grilled chicken salad was absolutely amazing! Whew! Had me ready to get one for lunch and dinner! The vinaigrette also goes very well with the salad!

I had my tastebuds set for those corn beef sliders and to no avail they were taken off the menu. So disappointed because it was different and they were the best little sandwiches. Please pit them back on the menu!

Ordered lamb shawarma lamb was so well done it was crispy and crunchy. Very disappointed that they would serve that to any customer. the only reason for the two stars is because the chicken shawarma was ok but I have had better from this location.

Typically I have no problems here. Food is good. You can place your order quickly over the phone or in person. And considering the volume that they do, the wait is reasonable. I wish they would bring the home style potatoes back though 😔

I met a friend for lunch today at the Bucharest on Livernois in Detroit. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I especially appreciated the service of the hard working young people at the restaurant. They were AMAZING!
