Rice Too hot and way too sticky for sushi!!!! -- rice too warm and too over cooked -- they keep changing the sauces -- pickled ginger looks awful and tastes bad

I ordered the tacos in which I was able to build myself from a great selection of delicious ingredients. To my delight the tacos were packed to the brim with my choices and did not skim on the protein. One order of tacos was definitely a whole meal. I usually have to add additional tacos at other places with skimpy tacos that are more shell and sauce than fixins. Only negative was the spicy crab salad is imitation (of course I should have known based on price alone). TIP: CILANTRO & MANGO MAKE EVERYTHING EVEN BETTER 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is such a letdown. I ordered the large bowl for pickup, and there was barely any meat in it! For the price they charge with add-ons I expect the bowl to at least be filled. The food didn't taste fresh, the fish was warm, everything about this place is off. Like others have said the AC is out (for over a month) and the whole place is hot and humid. Not the ideal place for fresh seafood.

Been here about 6 times now and I always get 2 large bowls ...3 of those times my rice was hard/stale. I mean when rice makes up about 50% of the dish I feel like it should be done right. 2 of the time I got the hard/stale rice I went at night maybe a half hour before closing which is still not an excuse but could possibly be understood. The last straw was last time I went at around 1pm and got bad rice. On the positive side the place is kept very clean and the fish has been fresh. And the staff is always polite. It's makes me sad to write this review because I really wanted to like this place. I even signed up for their rewards program.

If you came to Poke Poke previously and were disappointed,COME BACK! THE BOWLS ARE MUCH MUCH BETTER MADE NOW, MAKING THIS SPOT A GREAT MIDTOWN VALUE! Poke Poke is both healthy and affordable and I come here almost every day now after being a little underwhelmed during my first few visits. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was not expecting my food to be so good. I should have taken a picture so it would last longer. My food was gone so fast. I ordered the California Crunch Bowl (Regular) removed the Edamame and Fruit Milk Tea. Friendly service and delicious food. I could have ate half and save the rest for later because it was a larger portion of food. I would recommend. Side note I walked here and did not see parking here.

I've never eaten here and was pleasantly surprised how tasty my sushi bowl was. The staff was helpful in suggesting items I may enjoy and it hit home perfectly 🥰.

This place was really delicious. I got the Aloha Vegan bowl and I was not disappointed. The flavors were so good and popped in my mouth. I also got a cookie too. Check them out.

Ordered the spicy tuna bowl to go. Was disappointed in my order - there was no avocado or tempura flakes. I ordered half rice and half cabbage mix but received spring mix instead. The bowl was mixed up versus ingredients left separate - was later in the evening so maybe ran out of the tuna so mixed up to make it look like more?

No, bad. It's bad. Invest in yourselves Poke Poke, do better. It looks from the outside like you're cutting corners. Also, exactly what is that stuff you're using in place of the tapioca pearls?

The bowl I got (build your own) was pretty good/well proportioned. The miso soup was sad and I'm definitely a miso soup person. It tasted like extra firm grocery store tofu was used (soft tofu is for soups). No nori, just broth, tofu and onions.

Excellent deconstructive sushi essentially choose your protein choose your vegetable delicious array of boba drinks.

The food here is really tasty, BUT they barely put any protein in the bowls. Like...at all. If I were to rate this place on flavor it would be an easy 5 stars. But after finishing two bowls I feel like I could eat another two.

I think the bowl is pretty good, although some of the ingredients aren't really ripe/as fresh as they could be (especially the mango and pineapple) They always get my order right but because I order online my boba always has the ice melted and regardless I think it tastes kind of watery. Pricey but good fish, I think. Very fast for delivery

My Poke bowl & Taro bubble tea were out of this world! Staff were were extremely nice and professional, Definitely will be back for more!

Decent size portions, but pretty pricey for a lunch. Inconsistent in terms of how much of each item each staff member puts into a bowl. Service is slow sometimes. All things considered, not terrible for being one of the only poke bowl choices around.

I love this place. The food is always fresh and the service is always great. Very friendly staff and I have never had a bad experience.

Terrible customer service. Multiple times my food was delivered and made incorrectly or missing items. I emailed them and received no answer multiple times. The few times I went in there the men have been nice but the girl behind the counter was rude and unhelpful, she did not want to do her job. She told me they had no ticket for my order despite me having the confirmation email, she told me she didn't know what she wanted me to do and walked away. The guy realized what was going on and helped me, they had forgotten to print my order ticket. I'm not returning, I have given them so many chances and have always been let down.

I went to Poke last week on a hot day and I noticed a fishy smell and that the doors to the restaurant were open as soon as I walked in but didn't think much of it. I got my rice bowl and went home only to find myself back at the restaurant not 30 minutes later. This was because I threw up after having ate the fish in my rice bowl. Although the fish did taste warm and unlike usual, I continued to eat it as I never thought that a restaurant as nice as I thought Poke Poke was, would be selling bad fish and continue running even with their AC not working. This was a horrible experience and I do not recommend eating at this restaurant.
