This is definitely not a place to sleep and the cost is too high to be so raggedy. I do not recommend. If they're gonna charge 100bucks a night, a lot of improvements need to be made such as the cleanliness.

Well, what can you say when you're not at a 5 star motel? The carpet was so filthy it couldn't even be called carpet anymore. I walked to the bathroom without shoes on and my feet were as black as tires. They needed to pull that mess up because there was nothing a carpet cleaner could do for it. I cleaned the room myself and requested no housekeeping since they weren't cleaning anyway so there was no reason for them to come in my room. I borrowed the vacuum, cleaned out the fridge and bought cleaning supplies for the bathroom because it was nasty. One neighbor played his music so loud one morning that my bed was vibrating from the noise. This went on for hours. I complained and the staff came right out to take care of it. Staff was nice. Fridge and microwave in the room. Internet worked. Cable was fairly descent.

Jacuzzi water was never hot lukewarm at best, Mix n match curtains, holes with bad patch work in the ceilings and the heater sounded like an incinerator. Completely awful do not recommend.

The rooms were very dirty the sheets on bed were dirty the lighting in the room was very poor the microwave and refrigerator extremely dirty the shower and toilet area very dirty and then they tried to charge me $95 for this space very disappointed I do not reckon men this hotel for anyone but if you do go make sure that you check your room very thoroughly upon entering and this is the thing they have a sign at their front desk that says you have 5 minutes to check your room out to see if you want to stay that's the first indication that they are not doing a good job in house clean

Place has fell off was half way decent at one time been going here for years but the up keep has fell below sub pair customer service is terrible the rooms are terrible as far as being cleaned properly and should have a new management because that's where everything being done right starts at when in this business it's mandatory that u make sure your rooms are spotless behind and under everything not to mention the rodents that are running in and out of the room witch is a major problem because they seem to be in the walls there so a major turn around is need at this place will never return not under those conditions and when they give u a room they only give u five minutes to check your room for problem after that it's no refund if u find something after that witch is wrong because she stuff u might not see or notice in that amount of time but when your place kept up in such away u have to do something to make money and I guess that's there way of doing just that hate to give them one start because they don't even deserve that it should be a negative sign to rate some places

Very warm room and spacious with big bathroom..nice staff. Needs better cleaning and updating buy definately no bugs.

nasty place but you get what you pay for. heard guys going in and out all night the young ladys next door to me is very popular. had to get my own sheets and cover didn't trust this place. rags and towels as well

Just average overall the customer service is great the young man who helped me out actually gave me an upgrade for a very minimal up charge. I must say I moved my couch to rearrange the seating and there was a bunch of dirt and cigarette butts underneath. They definitely should do a better job of cleaning but other than that pretty good for the money.

Digusting run down and crawling with bed bugs place needs to be condemned

Had to disinfect my whole entire room. Microwave was nasty and no good, fridge was nasty and and over frosted, baby flies flying around and sheets were used as blankets, don't know what the hell was used for pillows. Lamps were broken and so was the left side of the bed. Hot tub was okay just burn spots, toilet was not cleaned. Overall not a bad placebut definitely could use some attention.

I am from out of town an was to tired to drive back so checked in after midnight. To start with I killed 5 Roches tables seemed like they haven't been word down an after a half hour of killing Roches an checking the bed for bed bugs my new socks where dinghy brown on the bottom. Ended up with only a hour of sleep setting up in the chair. I reported it to the day shift an he just acting surprised I said Roches. No sorry or money back nothing ( one of the worst places I have ever even occupied forore than 5 mins

The room was nasty have bed bugs and I made them give me refund.

4tg time here first time room was broken into at 7am the lock got broken they didn't fix it 2nd time the room was disgusting filthy never been cleaned bathtub was brown inside 3rd time our hot tub was broken and disgusting inside 4th and final time rats infestation they never offered our money back or a new room any of the times for 150 a night only thing good they don't have bed bugs but roaches in the window seal weed roaches thank God

The Victory Inn Suites, is very very very very very very nasty. If can find something better then this place. Please don't don't don't don't come her. Please please please please please please please please please.

The building and room smelled of old cigarette smell for a place with a lot of no smoking signs. The tub was slippery. Don't think it was even cleaned. Rust came out of tub faucet as soon as it was turned on. Tv was not working well and I felt a bit itchy after getting in the bed. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Worst motel in Michigan, I worked here. Manager Kenny is racist and doesn't care about the property. Beyond dirty rooms. (Bedbugs Mice Roaches and everything else you can think of) this motel needs to be investigated and shut down immediately.
